cleos sure taking long to process my third withdraw

    i requested this the 15th of aug and it is still in the cashiers

    they sure are taking there time with this one its not like its a real big one but 600.0 is still 600.00 more then i had when i started with the same night i hit winaday for 250.00 and already got paid and spent it and another on the way for 205.00 that will b processed today and looking like i might even get the second one before cleos bad for cleos great for winaday

    it seems they are taking the full 12 business days now. I have a $1500 withdrawal pending also. My last withdrawal for $1000 was sent on the 12th day exactly and received the check a few days later. I looked at the calendar and your 12th day should be Monday sept. 2. hopefully you get it sooner than that.

    That is way too long to still be sitting in the cashier."
    They are usually approved within a few days and then sent not too long after that."
    I had 3 withdrawals from there and never did it sit requested for more then a few days."
    With it sitting in the cashier you cant even make another deposit till it gets approved, something doesn't seem quite right with that.

    Ya also notice when depositing...last 4 of ssn is needed? Getting leery, but have always been paid! Sooo.....

    I hear you kystalkitty, that is whats making me suspicious, I don't know if I want to deposit anymore. Why should we have to put in our last four now?

    this is my third also and the first 2 cleared the cashier in about 5 days took almost 2 weeks to get paid but was removed from cashiers

    I wonder if it might have to do with them having a problem with their processor as krystlkitty posted in the chatbox? "
    We are currently having problems with our processor. You can try several times and one MIGHT go through. (But it is not sure) Some people are able to make purchases with Mastercard or Visa. We are trying to fix this. It could be this way for a couple of days "
    A processor accepts deposits but also deals with sending out payments. "
    Have you talked to support about this, flaflash?

    yes and all i get is takes 5 to 12 business days but like i said never has it took that long to clear the cashiers and now cashiers not available at all

    Yep! Nice big old message slammin' ya in the face when you try and open the cashier. I hope they get their processor issue cleared up soon. Since Monday night, when I wanted play at Cleos after a while of not playing there, I was not able to and not since then either. They are losing a bunch of money because of this I would think.People want to play and winners want their money, Cleos! Come on! Hurry up and fix it! :sprint:

    YES I CAN ACCESS IT AND MY WINNINGS ARE STILL THERE THIS BEING DAY 11 WORKING DAYS I THINK I MIGHT BE DONE WITH CLEOS AFTER THIS WAY TOO LONG TO CLEAR THE CASHIERS AND SO CANT DEP LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME REVERSE IT NOT GOING TO HAPPEN SO I COULD START THE PROCESS ALL OVER SO PRETTY SNEAKY TACTICS TO DELAY PAYMENT EVEN LONGER WELL CLEOS I LIKE YOUR GAMES BUT MUST SAY LIKE MY MONEY A LOT MORE

    Not Good.So unlike Cleos to do this with a withdrawl.  Everyone was getting their money really quick for so long.I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.Hang in there flaflash99, maybe Mben can help out.                                                          Pam

    I usually get the track number a day or 2 after I receive the congrads email then the check 3 or 4 days later depending on fed ex.

    The last check I received from them, I didn't get a tracking number until the day before the FedEx driver brought my check.So it could be on it's way you never know. Good luck!

    I have gotten 3 checks from them and the 1st 2 I got the # only a day or 2 before the check arrived and the third I got the tracking # a day AFTER the check arrived.

    well update the tracking # was sent and should have check in hand by weds thanks all for your support just glad that i know for sure its coming wow sure is taking a longer then my other 2 did if it arrives on wed the 11 just 4 days short of a month but at this point just happy to see it is coming

    My question is: If Cleo's isn't considered an illegal gaming site, like they claim, then why are they having processor issues?

    Not knowing what kind of processor issues they are having, we can only guess. Gophils. What if the processors they had could not handle the volume of trans going in and our of Cleos? That wouldn't necessarily mean something bad. I'm just trying to say that even legal companies have issues ... legit issues.
