Hello,I was having trouble installing the software on one of my laptops that runs windows vista.So I went to microsoft and downloaded service pack 2 and after a couple auto updates the casino installed and worked just fine.When I installed it on another laptop that is running windows 7 it had no problems at all.I think that it might be a windows vista problem.So if you are having problems try the free service pack 2 it might solve your problems as it did mine.

Good information, apg. Thanks!I was able to install it on Win 98, Win Vista and Win 8 just fine. I don't know what service packs they all have though. BUT my other Win 98 PC would not install Cleo's. That may be a service pack issue but I can't try to fix it now because the PC is dead in the water. (the reason why I have my new PC with Win 8 on it. lol)

Yeah, unfortunately players from your state are not allowed to play at Cleo's or I should say, not allowed to claim free bonuses.One new player says she can deposit being from her state but not eligible for the free bonuses.

You can win and cashout.I have won from here and it took less then 2 weeks from the time i requested the payout till the time the check arrived at my doorstep.The games are cool but they are very streaky.You can go quite a while with alot of dead spins but when they are hitting they hit very nicely.Good luck!

Hi there NDF!!! I just wanted to say that I really enjoy the games at Cleo's!! I just hope to one day see maybe some 3 reel slots.....or would I? Maybe that is why I do enjoy the games there?
