garyd, does your cashout show as processed in the cashier? If so, players receive the tracking number a few days after it is processed. Just wondering.With that said, our rep said that your payment was delayed last week and he apologizes for that but that you will receive the tracking number this week. Possibly Thursday. Sorry you are having to wait but at least there is communication with the rep and he is keeping us informed. (he was out sick yesterday so that's why I didn't hear from him then)
Thanks again for your help unfortunately if they told you Thursday that is a holiday and not a working day so gives them another couple of stalling days . Thank you so much for your help with this matter .garyd
I realize that about the holiday but processors normally are not in the US so it is possible that wherever they are, they will not be celebrating. We'll see. Crossing my fingers.
The latest , there was no processed at cashin , contacted live chat spoke w/ Jane , she give me old tracking number from back in sept.so went back to her on chat and spoke of giving old tracking number . Live chat from jane 12:45 11-26-13. Okay Gary your $ is still pending at the moment,once it is ready to be released we will send your tracking number as soon as possible , sorry for the delay ! Well they do not delay taking money out of my account !
Well they better hurry up and get it processed because if you're to receive your tracking this week, that needs to happen quick! I am as frustrated as you when I get the run around and pass it along to members. I'm not saying the rep is stalling. That may be what he was told and passed the info from me to you. (that you'd get your tracking # this week)

I still haven't received my ring that I ordered. Any help would be appreciated. I saw where the rep wanted to know about any problems. If they don't know where the ring is at least they could give me my VS credits back.

And here's their answer ...I have just confirmed with the VS department that the order was unable to be located through USPS, it seems they lost the package. A refund has now been issued for his VS Credits and we have informed him accordingly. Our apologies for the delay.

I am so frustrated with this casino and taking their own sweet time getting my withdrawl $1999.00 I requested it on the 8th of April and I am still waiting for the email with the tracking number. Lets hope it wont be much longer they are telling me it will be next week which is not between 5 and 12 calender days or 5 and 12 business days which is really what it takes. Even thou the email you get when you request the withdraw it says 5 to 12 calender days. UGGGGG Do you think you can help?
If you requested it on the 8th, today would make it 12 business days exactly (11 actually, last Friday was a holiday)Why don't you give it just a bit longer, I know it's frustrating but Cleo's does pay. Granted cashouts there have been taking longer for everyone to get (If I remember right the last forum members cashout that I know about took about 3 weeks)It's a little too early I think for us to intervene so if you could please give it a couple more days, and If you still haven't heard anything, come back and let us know.
$1,999 is a lot though so if I were you, I'd just be worried about resisting the impulse to play any of it back while you are waiting.

I didnt. But if they keep having processing problems it wont make much difference. I have recieved a payout from them twice before and I had my check in hand withing 2 weeks but for some reason lately I have read they are having problems.
Yes they have, and it's just as they say, the issue with their payment processor.I am sorry this is affecting you as well. There is really not much you can do except hang in there.However you did wait longer as I asked (thank you) so, I will ask that it be looked into.Can we please have your player name?It was nice that they gave you a free chip though.
sporty, at this point, the rep is going to tell me the same thing, that they are attending to the issue. There is a larger processor issue than just a player here and there waiting longer than usual to receive their check it seems and they obviously know about it and are trying to fix it.We need to wait to see what comes of this email now and if it goes beyond next week and you don't have any new update about your cashout, I will ask the rep then.
