From their FB comments it has something to do with some "new law". I don't have any idea what it may be.

This sucks for a lot of people.

I believe New York couldn't play there from the beginning and now they are on the list I see. I am going to confirm with a NY player.

So what happens when you log into the casino? Can you log in? Do you get a message of any kind? Can you get to the cashier? Does the "new law" only affect giving out free chips?

I can log in, and everything seems the same till I go to claim the free chip. It gave me a banner type message "Operation not allowed with current state." Please contact customer service for assistance."
