Cleos has been great to me ever since I started depositing with them. After a few deposits, I would go to chat and ask for a freebie and more times than not, I would get a $10 or $20 chip. Sometimes I asked too many times in a week and they would say no, to wait till the next week. Well the other night, I went to ask for one (bad, bad girl! lol) and this is what I was told. I don't know how he calculated it (my spree credits were at 22550 or so) and I don't know how they will award large bonuses in the future for me. Do I have to contact them after a long period of time of depositing? Do I get the bonus when they decide and then they email me about it? It was a no go for me on any no deposit bonus very disappointing since I spend a lot there and never ask for chips but I have cashed out there so that probably controls the free chip. This is what I am assuming I went to live chat and he would not give me the reason I didn't qualify all he kept saying was we will let you know when you qualify for a bonus. So don't get excited like I was you might not get anything.

I was thinking maybe.... I went back in before smosey posted this and talked to Virginia....well asked her about it....after about 2 minutes I though no answer yet maybe she is going to give me something...well she never answered me and threw up a Virtual Spree Store ad. After reading this post I went to Cleos and received $71.I would say I am a fairly good depositor, but not all the time, and I was able to receive this bonus.Games were tuff, and I lost it all but received alot of raffle entrees so maybe I will wim a free chip again that way.Thanks Mben for this post, and all who followed in explanations.                                                                                               Pam

I don't understand how the new system is figuring this all out for me to give you some kind of explanation, slotgal. I do know it is tallying up some kind of free bonus amount as a player deposits because I have racked up $8 so far since receiving my big bonus .All I can say is that you probably need to continue depositing. Olenka The new bonus system depends on the system we have at the backoffice. The new system shows us an ammount and that's what we're allowed to give customers. Some customers know how much of a free bonus they have because they come here through Live chat many times during the same day to ask for a bonus so the amount isn't that big so sometimes they leave without receiving the free bonus because they prefer for the amount to keep rising.

Olenka For example madam,you have a $2 bonus right now and if request it, I can give it to you. Some people prefer to have at least $10 or $20 because that way they can play more. But for example, if you ask me, your bonus balance will be zero again. Some people keep asking for bonuses in the same day and the system shows us zero, don't know exactly why but as we inform our customers: the bonuses won't be given continously and they will be big, that's why if they keep asking for a free bonus during short periods of time, they won't get big bonuses.2:14 pm When someone has a pending payout can't get a free bonus nor can make a purchase because sometimes we process all of the check and everything and then they just cancel the request because they want another check with a higher amount or less because they lost. So in order to avoid the customer's insatisfaction because the payout took longer or whatsoever, we prefer to not give bonuses when there's a pending payout. Also, now the system doesn't let us.

What smosey said, slotgal. I chatted about a deposit that didn't go through recently and asked what could be done (knowing nothing could be done other than wait for it to come back into my bank account balance but thought I'd ask anyway lol) and support told me that but that I had $8 racked up already and if I wanted that, I could have it. So with what smosey posted that Olenka said .... Olenka makes it sound like we can ask for our racked up bonus whenever we want but can get a huge one if we keep letting it add up. What's the difference if I ask for a couple of $10 or $20 free chips during the week that I have deposited than them giving me a tallied bonus amount every time I ask for it? I guess it's a chance to get that BIG bonus every once in a while. Probably saves support all the time spent on us who chat for a freebie every other day too. lolThanks for the info, smosey!
