    Never thought I would be complaining about Cleos but I had a $1500 cashout on 8/21/13. its been 14 busin. days. Saturday I spoke with chat and they said it was in processing. I checked cleos cashier and it still in requested state right now. I'm not worried about getting paid because I know they will pay me, I just want it to get here when it suppose to.I'm posting this because I saw in another post that the rep wanted to know about any problems.

     Sorry to hear about the issues, but not surprised that this is happening with them.There are lots of reports of people not being paid for a month now, and when I say recent I mean over the last weeks, so essentially people are saying that they have been waiting since beginning of August.  Few reposts of avoiding emails for days on end about their cashouts.So it seems your not alone, but hopefully things work out.

    Oh good, tking. [​IMG]No update from our rep. I wonder if this is her doing or if it was just the timing? Either way, it's being processed, which at this point is all that matters.

     That's great news, now the check needs to show up.  As I said in my previous post, lots of people are having issues.  Saw one yesterday that has been waiting since August 8, check processed, but they still cant get the Fed Ex tracking #.Keep us updated please.

    As of today, still reports of no pays.  Cleos did actually comment saying something about processor problems.  This was also today.  So basically it seems they are acknowledging that checks still not sent. I feels bad for some people that have been waiting over a month.

    yes no fool just got off chat and they said processor problems and should receive check by end of next week. 2 days will be a month since my cashout. getting ridiculous.

     Yup,. sorry to hear.  I typically do have reliable information. I hope it shows up next week, but I wouldnt count on it.  They have people that are at 45-60 days without getting paid.  They have a lot of catching up to do. With all the warnings and signs of trouble people are still depositing and playing.  I still dont get it.  I see another place that has people complaining about a month plus not getting paid, but then the people that can see this plainly still play. [​IMG]Question Tking--- Does Cleos allow you to reverse your winnings?  Or is it locked once you cashout?

    you can reverse until they process it. It better be here next week. Ive deposited over $10,000 there, of course I've won just as much, but still.

     Thanks for response.  So is the process time normally the 2 week timeframe?  So in that 2 week timeframe you can reverse?

    yes after you cashout its suppose to be 5 -12 business days. you can reverse during that time while its in the requested state. then it is processed and you can't reverse after that.

    and aparently they are still having problems with the processors because it has been over 3 weeks since i have been able to make a deposit and that is what they are saying is the problem i can see them saying that if i was making a cash out but i am trying to make a deposit

     When I have deposited the last couple times, I have had no problems. Very strange.

    i am also having a problem with depositing and first they sal deleted app and redownload then clear cookie no good still same problem they say there processing r fine its my computer i am not having problems depositing at other casinos just them and i do like there gaming slots too bad for them they r missing out on my money

     Yes processor handles both deposits and withdrawals. It is tough to find processors because the money handling people (processors) are the ones who are targeted by governmental agencies. I have seen plenty of other people complaining about not being able to deposit, so it does seem it may be a processor issue, if its not a processor issue it would then be a bank issue on your end.If you have read the thread you would see that there is an issue with withdrawals, so its not the worst thing that you cant deposit right now.

    I got home today and still no tracking number. I went to live chat and told them I was suppose to get it by today. I told him I would like to deposit but its been over a month since I withdrew, but I was to scared to deposit right now. A few minutes later I got an email with a tracking number, but when I entered it the number was not found. I'm not depositing until I get my check or tracking number even then not sure.

    I guess I didn't wait long enough, the track number is good and I should receive my check by Oct. 2nd.

    Finally, good to here tking! Well, my order with my VS credits is delayed a couple weeks. Something to do with their handler or purchaser or something. GEEZ! I hope it gets here before end of OCT. It was supposed to be a gift for my granddaughter who turns 6yrs. old and its a pair of earrings.

    thanks Queenmap , my wife spent my VS credits on a 37300 ring last week. of course she waits until I get over 30000 to get the good stuff. Shes spent about 100,000 spree credits so far, LOL.

    received my check on Tuesday, the funny thing is it was dated for 9/13/13. 2 weeks ago. I wander why they waited to send it.

    I have waited as long to receive a cash out it looks like it does take about 30 calendar days.. I hope there checks are still good. Did you try to cash it?

    yes cashed it at my bank, no problems.
