Club World Casinos - Bounced checks

 The Club World group of casinos, Buzzluck, LuckyRed,Manhattans slots, Highnoon, Club World, Alladdins, are having processing issues.  Customers are complaining that every withdrawal is being denied and customers are receiving no emails about it, and the money is being put back into their account all along the customer requested a w/d and is waiting for it to hit their bank. This has happened to me many times. I requested a w/d in Oct and waited a MONTH to get a courier check in Nov 14th.  These checks BOUNCED, it affected many customers, not just me. The casinos explanation is they are having Processing issues and are trying to find new processors.The new w/d methods they are offering cost $70 each w/d for ACH and my w/d had to be split in two, so my cost for my w/d would be an additional $140.  Where if the check had not bounced I would have gotten the full $2500. At no additional costs. Hi Player,Unfortunately we have just received some bad news from the processor. We have credited the money back to your account and I would advise that you request a withdrawal with OKPay, or PayMyCard. i used to play at club world sites all the time.....but since the raised the min bet and don't give me deposit bonuses anymore, i quit depositing there. all they wanna give is a measly 35% and that ain't worth  it:angry:

Hmmmm......NOT good.Thank you for posting this lucky8s and I know members will appreciate the warning.As far as the fees, I think it is terrible that they will continue to charge the fees for the withdrawl that didnt go thru the first time to begin with. :angry:Please keep us up to date on how this thing pans out.                                                                                                                           Pam

Well I did receive a PM that said fees would be waived, even though cashier said different? Don't know who to believe. What irks me most is that some of those checks for US players did go thru. So is it the processor or not? Are they stalling or not? Did they stop payment on some of those checks or not?There responses seem wonderful, from them on the forums, so sorry get you paid as soon as possible, blah blah blah. Then we the collective players breathe a sigh of relief, and they still don't get paid.I played weekly almost exclusively for years, was there biggest fan. But when I started reading that EVERY withdrawal was declined by players trying to w/d. Most of these players without taking a deposit.Casino claimed they had to decline w/d because players played with bonuses they needed to decline them to take out the bonuses. To me this is just a stall tactic, because no emails were sent to players telling them that there w/d was declined. And the players are sitting there thinking ok I made my request I just have to wait the 48 to 72 hrs. If you had gotten an email telling you to RE=REQUEST your w/d then you would not be waiting so long. And the money would not be sitting there in your account. When you do the Re-request the clock starts ticking again for the wait period. I did not play with a bonus, so my declines were just that to decline, and stall in my opinion.

i had the same problem with nov2 payout took til the 23rdthe day before the check was to arrive i had email stating check no goodw/d to okpayso luckily my account at ok pay was still open and was paid that way

you can do a wire transfer to you local bank from okpayi think they charge 1% and your regular wire fees from your bank

i recieved my wire from okpay today put in requst on monday of this week and got it today thursdayso if i play at club world there i do have a way to cash out

I just had a check for $350 returned by by bank as bounced, account closed . It was a withdrawal fro CoolCat casino. This never happened before. What is going on with these casinos/ ? Is there any recourse?

@sambeau .... Thank you for the update with your cashout via okpay. Hopefully lucky8s will be able to use that option. I have asked the casino rep if he can give me any information about this issue and will update this thread when I hear back from him. @absidianom .... Have you contacted support about your bounced check at Cool Cat? If so, what did they tell you? If not, what is your username there and I will contact that rep and hopefully get you some answers as to what to do.

Thank you. I emailed them and am waiting for answer. The live chat person told me to send them a copy ofthe check which i will do on Saturday  when I can get to my fax machine.  You can contact them please and find out why and how this could happen. It puts ALL of us at risk . Something is wrong with their processing system.My casino name at Coolcat is also Obsidianom.Thanks again.!

obsidianom, sorry for the typo with your name earlier. :(Anyway, I have sent off an email asking how this happened and what they are going to do about it. I'll update this thread when I hear back from the rep.

obsidianom, the rep is looking into your cashout with the casino manager. I don't know when I will hear back but the ball is rolling. Hang tight! lucky8s, sorry to have derailed your Club World thread. Here's the latest from the Club World group's rep. OK Pay is the way to go right now because checks are still not a good option. They are in the process of adding a new processor that will open things up again .

Yes, I have had this issue last year with dealing with checks but it was Intertops. I have since steer away from withdrawing via check from any casino. I will contnue to play at casinos that offer MG/WU even if there is a fee. At least I know its cash and not a hassle of a bounced check.

Thank you for your attention. Your interest and this forums may spur them into fixing this issue. Its hard to believe they actually bounce checks . No decent business should ever do this . It really makes them look bad and suspicious.We all need to watch these casinos and how they handle withdrawals as they certainly take our depositsw fast to bring money into their accounts . They need to honor their commitments to withdrawals ,, speed it up , and NEVER BOUNCE a check.

Unfortunately, the casinos have to trust the people they have handling their money and player's money and sometimes, the processors are not on the the straight and narrow. Everyone gets burned when this happens but the casinos attempt to do everything right by their players. Well, the honest casinos do.  I don't believe CoolCat is intentionally doing this to you, obsidianom. They trusted their processor and something happened. What? I don't know but they will correct it. Like I said ... hang tight and and when it's all over with, you will have your winnings.

Here's the word from the rep, obsidianom .......... This issue was solved with the Third Party Processor. A New check will be processed next week for this player Keep an eye out next week for a new check and let us know what happens at the bank with this one.
