Desert Nights

    Yesterday I received 2 emails from the Desert Nights VIP manager Stephn Vaughn. One email was for a free 25.00 chip and some deposit bonus code, the other email was for more deposit codes. When I tried to redeem the free 25.00 it said can not be redeemed at this time and the same for the deposit codes. I emailed him back, but have not received a response yet. I just spoke with live chat and they told me that my account has been temporaily  disabled from redeeming free code and deposit codes.  . I have deposited there  a lot  so I don't know why they did that. I did hit the random ,, jackpot there a few months ago, so maybe that is why ?  Has this happened to anyone else.

    Don't play there, but I have been blocked from receiving bonuses from other RTG's!

    Honestly nikkidog the same thing happened to me but at Slotocash. I was a VIP player and they were my go to casino way back when they only had the Rival casino. When they opened up the RTG casino I gave them my deposits. I was able to claim some great deposit bonuses along with some no deposit bonuses. I deposited way more than I received. Well, I was lucky enough to cashout at the RTG casino and then my luck seemed to stop. I got very little playtime so I started depositing elsewhere. Finally, one day I decided to deposit there and it wouldn't accept my deposit bonus code. So again I deposited somewhere else. I have tried many times to claim some of their no deposit bonuses that everyone seems to be able to get. I get the same old you don't qualify message. It really bothers me that I built a relationship with them and then it was like they just shut the door on me. I have not and will not play there anymore. It is ridiculous! You would think they would want to continue to receive deposits from players like us but they don't. This is only my opinion and has been my experience. Hopefully you will find another place to play where you are appreciated for your loyalty. It sucks having to do this when you thought you already had that relationship with Desert Nights.

    Are you kidding me?  How can they do this?  You know one day Microgaming will be available to US players again and that will be the day these types of casinos get a reality check!  I never played at RTG casinos and only started when I was not able to play at my favorite microgaming casinos.  I can't wait for them to open up the market to us again.  They think they are the big dogs now and can treat us how they want because our options are limited.  The joke will be on them when Microgaming takes most of their players and revenue away.  They are making huge mistakes by not appreciating the players they have now.  With this kind of treatment they will be a distant memory.

    What gets me is that I have deposited  a lot at Desert Nights and Sloto Cash, you can see by just looking at the deposits I have made at both with the contest here on the forum. They send me emails with all these deposit code and then won't let me redeem them. I am sure Sloto Cash will be right behind them and band me from redeeming codes also. I have even noticed that  live chat support is not as friendly as they used to be. They used to go out of their to offer you a good bonus.  They just seem to try and cut you off when you are asking about  something , they say is there anything else I can help you with, and try and change the subject for which you were asking.  They say you are a VIP but don't treat you like one.  I was thinking of depositing at Grand Fortune. Has anyone ever deposited there  and what are you feedback on them.

    I have saw so much about Sloto group lately it is ridiculous:no:. Scared to deposit right now.

     I forgot to mention   that I was also banned from deposit bonuses and free chips  at Slots Jungle also. After I cashed out 1300.00 there a few months ago, they raised my PT from 30x to 55x. I still played there a few times after that, but now last week I noticed that I can't redeem the 185% bonus anymore, which I was able to redeem even after I cashed out that 1300.00.

    Since we are naming names....Banned from freebies and Bonuses...Winpalace and Slots Jungle! After that, they never got a red cent from me. Sure, I got lucky, but who the heck cares? Was a very sad day for me when they did that! But then there were other's to play at:)

    Here is another one for me Inebet , was told I cashed out  more than I but in.  That more was less than 50.00. They said I have to make non bonus deposit before the ban on bonus will be lifted. I have made a few, but still ban not lifted. Have not deposited there in  a while.

    After winning a couple of random jackpots at Slots Jungle all my bonus privileges were taken away.  Also happen at Silver Oaks when winning random jackpots a few times.  I do not understand why they do this as anyone knows you play to win.  Its not your fault that you win.

    After pointing the rep to nikkidog's thread, her bonuses have been re-instated. :clap:"
    I'm pretty sure after the rep got on finance, they saw that she is a VIP at the casino group and knew they had to do right by her.
