disconnection problems at superslots

Playing at superslots the last 3 nights has been a pain in the butt. Ive been getting disconnected from the casino multiple times each night,  right in the middle of the spin-  and when im able to log back in-  my balance is less than what i had before i got disconnected.  So i contacted support the first night it happend and they told me that there wasnt anything they could do because i didnt write down the exact time the disconnect happend and told me if it happens again, to write down the times so they can check the play logs. Well.. that brings me to  what happend tonight. Same thing- deposited 2 or 3 times... and after the 3rd deposit... was playing slots- slots froze- then disconnected me from the casino 4 different times - and each time it took the wager during the freeze.  The 4th and final time it froze and logged me off, i logged back in to the casino to find that all the vip points i had been accumulating the past 2 night were gone and my player points were at 0.  So anyways i contacted support and this is what  they told me:One of our Representatives will be with you in a moment. **Update**  Contacted support the next day.. same result.  Because of the way support handled a simple disconnection issue, i stopped depositing at superslots.  Its frustrating to say the least, when you put your trust in the casino, deposit ... and then have problems like this happen.  Superslots was the 1st casino i deposited at, ever since the time i got the run around and never recieved the $5,998 cash splash progressive jackpot i won at one of the microgaming casinos.  I guess if i was an optimist.. my mindset would be that im 2 for 2 as far as casino mishaps go..lol
