    Do You Know What You Want Out Of Life?

    Do you know what you want out of life or what you want to achieve? Is success and financial freedom one of your main goals? Is marriage and children at the top of your list? Do you love what you are doing? Are you doing what you love? You may have never asked yourself these questions before but it's the first step to getting what you need and living the life you want.

    You are constantly surrounded by advertisements, celebrity endorsements and media trends telling you what you want and need. Once they get a grip on you it is hard to get out of their clutches. They tell you what you should wear and where to shop and what you should eat and where to dine. You see and hear this daily but it's not there to help you. It's only there to get increased power over you by making you think you want to buy their product. Don't blame yourself for falling in this trap and letting it control you. It's not your fault. This manipulation has been around forever and I don't see it ever changing, but you can. You have to know who you are and what you want.

    Are you just living day to day and going through the motions of life? If you answered yes than you are ready for a change and it could start as early as today! All you need is an hour or so of free time dedicated to yourself. No phone, no television, just you with a pen and a sheet of paper. If you are up for the challenge get ready because you are about to learn your own desires that you never knew existed. At the top of your paper you are going to write "I Want". Then you are going to answer the question with the first thing that comes to your mind. Don't worry about how silly what you write sounds. You're the only one who will read this exercise so just follow the directions for it to be successful. The first 5 to 10 items on your list will come to you without much thought. Continue your list until you have 100 items wrote down. Relax and don't stress about your answers. Don't make the exercise into a chore. Just jot down any thought that pops into your head. When your list is complete, go over all your answers and what will make you happy will be revealed. It all comes down to inner harmony and true understanding. You will live a relaxing life if you are healthy and happy but if you don't know what you really want then all the money and power won't help you relax.
