Hi dianajohn, the rep was traveling and apologizes in the delayed reply.Anyway, here's what he had to say ...I have forwarded this to our CS Managers. It seems this customer had an existing account that they closed and then proceeded to open a new account. As she has an existing account they did not authorize the bonus on the new account. What we could do is reopen the existing account and credit the bonus to it and continue from there. How does this sound?   My reply ... I will ask the player what they want to do. If the old account is re-opened, can she request her new one be closed and not have issues in the future with her old account?
