I never knew about the 8th one until I read this post. I am a big supporter of the EH Group so this really suprised me. Thanks for the information. I did find and register at All Poker casino. I do have to say that I know maybe why I have never heard of them. They ave the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I had contacted chat about a few things that I had questions about. One if there was a new customer sign up freebie and was having a bit of technical difficulties. "

My answer to the first one was that if you recieved the $5 sign up bonus from any of thier Sister casinos that you donot qaulify. correct me if I am wring but I thought we established that you just could not sign up at all at one time and recieve at all? I have been playing at the other ones for over a year so would have thought for sure qaulified."

The other was my weekly freeroll tourney did not show up in casino even though posted under thier websites for tourneys. The first live chat could not answer me and then terminated chat. The second time I was told to uninstall and reinstall which I did but did not work. The third time I was told that Daredevil Dave was the free tourney but still could not see. Then she told me because of 12 days of Christmas tourney they did not have the Daredevil Dave tourney even though she just told me was there? Then she proceeded to tell me live chat was primarily for depositing players to email support and then terminated me before I could even get the email. "

Well I am a depositing player at all other EH Group Casinos, in fact highest level with the VIP Plan. So they truly lost a player due to rudness before I even had a chance to deposit with them. Anyway just wanted to let people know about my expereince with them. I geuss if you have any kind of issue with All Poker Casino best not to contact live chat UNLESS you are making a deposit...yeah right...LOL!

All Poker Casino is an old property within the EH group of casinos. They have fallen by the wayside and have not been up with all the promotions and such as the other 7 casinos in the group. I know for a fact there is NOT a no deposit bonus offer nor will there be in the near future. IMO, even though they are a casino within the group that has not been given much attention to in years, they should still provide the best customer service as they do at the other casinos.
