the vip plan has upped their points for level bonus it used to be 225,000 to get to platnum level now it is 500,000. kind of mad i am or was now 1000 points away from platnum now not even half way there

You know, I contacted them last week about it, because I was really close to Gold, then all of a sudden I'm not. Anyway, three different support reps told me I can rest assure that I will hit gold at 75,000. But I contacted them back because it was confusing that they said that, but yet some of the EH casinos had Gold at 100,000 points, while others at 75,000 (although they are all changed over to the 100,000 point mark). "
Long story short, even the reps didn't know about the change until just recently. It is a bummer though. And I'm noticing also that it seems to take more to actually receive those points since the change.

That does suck! Thanks for the heads up!My point total,aprox 416,000 but status still at Platinum. They must have grandfathered in accounts that have been promoted under the old tier levels.They also changed the point earning tables. points now earned per $100 of bets. The prior table points were earned on bets at the $10 scale. I can not remember what the old table rates were to compare with this new rate table. Unsure if rates got better or not. Also noticed VIP Slots casino has higher rate but not much.Since there is nothing we can do about the rate change, I guess we must deal with it or play at some other Casino. Since Vegas Tech casinos are my favorite and the Non-EH managed group has poor customer support, I will stay with the EH group. I know they pay when one wins!

Its too bad the GO group dont get their sh@t together and overhaul the custoner support. That would give some compeition to the EH group. I have made deposits with the GO group but every time kinda wonder how big A hassle it might be to cash out if I win! Never have cashed out with them to find out!

I was not aware of any points system change so I went and checked it out. I was a Diamond with them and was recieving 30 points for every $10 spent now it is 240 for every 100 at all casinos except VIP now it is 304 so yes it did go down at all except VIP. At VIP it actually went up! I do know however that they changed my status to Elite recently since I have over 1,100,000. This was a great suprise since I did not even know they had this status (not on site) I do get cashback every Friday for deposits that week. This was a perk they used to have and was eleviated when they got the 100,000 points in a month program. I hated this program because who gets to 100,000 points in a month at 30 points for every $10? Not me. Anyway I geuss it is something to look forward to when you get to Elite status cuz I sure like logging in on Fridays and seeing free bonus money sitting there. I also get higher deposit bonuses for Elite status I think it is 40% now on days they do not have their normal deposit bonuses. Also when you get to Elite status it seems they hand out the free chips alot more no questions asked. Lately all I do is contact live chat and viola free chip."

 I deposit regularly with the EH Group of casinos.  I have never been OFFERED a free chip.  I have contacted live chat before when all my funds are gone and asked if I could get comped to play a bit more.  They seem to give me either a $5 or $10 bonus chip, not every time I ask but more often than none.    Also if your last transaction was one of these bonuse free chips then they will not give you one.   So yes if you ask them kindly they usually are kind in return.   It probably makes a difference that  I have deposited regularly over the past year and never cashed out..... with over 1,100,000 points maybe they just feel sorry for me...LOL!  I think I would rather have the cashout versas the $5 or $10 free chip.The Go Group has never offered me a free chip EVER and I have deposited thousands with them over the last year too.  I have asked before but never have recieved one except one recently from Online Vegas.  The girl I was speaking to looked at my accounts with thier whole group and saw that I have been stuck at level 2 forever and I think she felt sad for me.  PLus with all the depositing problems and long hold times may have helped too.As far as your points with the EH Group I think if you contact live chat for VIP Plan not the casinos they may just be able to help you out.  Go into the VIP Plan and hit Live Chat from thier site when you are asked for account number type in your user id which is probably your email.  Did you get your points for changing each level?  25,000= $25, 50,000 = $50, and when Diamond I think was 100,000= $100 this may just help you out reaching the next level.  Also if you contact VIP Plan not casino they usually give you something for your birthday as far as points go.  This all adds up and help to achieve each level.  I hope this helps and does not confuse anyone too much.

OOmg check this out. I decided to try the chat idea and ask for a comp. I have never cashed out and deposited a lot in the last few months. So the chat person says hold on while I check your account. Then tells me no bonuses are available to me at this time. I ask why? She says based on the fact I do not use promotional bonuses when I deposit. So because I do not like wagerring attached to my money and have to worry if its really my balance or not I'm seeing in my account and choose not to accept bonus money I am not eligible for comp credit. Oh and I also asked if there would be a Christmas miracle free chip and she say they will not be offering one. I'm starting to rethink who I deposit with....

She told me they haven't gotten the official word on that yet but to check our accounts periodically if they do decide too, and only qualifying accounts would be credited, I would guess that means depositors only. That's hope Atleast right??

Well I guess they got the Official Word , as in past Christmas seasons, the Official Word was NO!  lol   The Go group is more gving  but its A bit*h getting thru to them!   Live chat is hopeless and about 45 min on hold got me $15 a Grand Vegas and 5 min on hold got me $5 at Crazy Slots.  Not sure how they decide on ND amt.  I have made A deposit at Grand Vegas this month and its been A while since I made one at Crazy Slots if thats the factor.
