globallivecasino.com scam!!! wont pay winnings

    Online casino scam, globallivecasino.com, global live casino scam under PlayPearls Limited and ownd by VueTec Ltd.
    This post is for all my fellow gamblers, or those who are looking for a trustworthy online casino.
    In short, I signed into an online casino called globallivecasino.com, deposited money (didn’t take any bonus from casino), won money legitimately 3 times playing roulette at the sums of over 40,000 euro, and each time they dragged me with endless emails, endless excuses all kind of made up terms and conditions excuses, and no withdrawing winnings, I lost few weeks of my life with them, lost money and it was one of the worse online experiences ever, a total aggravation. When I deposited money and lost some, they took it really quick and with no problems, but once I won, it began to be a nightmare.
    Globallivecasino.com is a fraudulent casino, a big scam.
    Below is a more detailed of my case:
    3 weeks ago (now its 15.6.15) I was looking for an online casino that has live dealers and that registers players from Hong Kong, I found this website called globallivecasino.com under PlayPearls Limited, it looked simple and friendly to user. I must say that it’s my first online casino experience ever and I was very skeptical at first and wasn’t easy to trust with my credit card. Sucks to see that I was right and there is no online casino we can really trust, unless we lose money, then they hunt us with all kind of promotions and endless bonuses that actually aren’t worth it.
    I deposited money with my credit card, and did all verifying that were necessary for withdrawing winnings.
    I won around 1100 euro playing roulette with live dealer.
    The second I asked to withdraw money, my account was blocked and they accused me for using gambling system and now my account is under investigation.
    I was shocked at first, all I play in roulette are outside bets (even-odds bets), its impossible to cheat at it, its real live dealer, they turn camera away from the roulette while spinning plus they stop putting bets before the spinning of the roulette wheel.
    In the end it took them a few days to actually say that there is a pattern for my bets but they seem random so they let withdraw go thru. It wasn’t pleasant but thought maybe its because im new.
    The next day I lost 1000 euro, and then I deposited 500 more and actually made 12,700 in 6 hours playing roulette only. I asked to withdraw most of it and my account was immediately blocked again for suspicious of using systems or computer aids to win money…
    I couldn’t believe my eyes, it has been a whole week of endless nights and days, tens or hundreds of emails and me searching online for any clue or help.
    They say I breached their terms and conditions because:
    1. I use a system called even odd system to have an edge on the house- which is basically betting only on outside bets (only red black, even-odd or high low bets).
    2. Their terms and condition states that the user should play for recreational and entertainment only and non-professional play, and they said I played professional.
    1. I feel so scammed so cheated it is so unfair, they lie to me. If anyone here knows the rules of roulette, there is no such thing that you are not allowed to bet only outside bets.
      And for sure the edge will always be on the house side no matter what.
      This globallivecasino.com has a blog about roulette saying that there is no way of beating the roulette and that every spin of the ball has nothing with past result.
    2. How can u indicate if I play professional???
      Roulette is not a game of knowledge, its game of pure luck, there is no way to predict the outcome of a spin, unless the wheel is fixed with computer controlling the wheel and magnets. Anyway if you win money it means you are professional.
      In the end what happened is that they agreed to let me play again in their website saying that I didn’t use any computer aids but I did breach their terms by using “common system” to beat the roulette. They gave me 3000k as compensation for time and fair play.
      But they said to me that I have to bet also on numbers at the amount of at least 50% of my bets of more in order to be able to withdraw winnings.
      This is so unfair I thought to myself. I never played numbers on roulette.
      But I was so devastated and frustrated I decide to take those 3000 euro, also because I realized it’s probably the best ill get out of them.
      I decide to play their way, and after 2 days I actually won over 30000 euro, and thought to myself wow 30k is amazing.
      Again when I asked to withdraw, my account was blocked and again under computing.
      It’s been almost a week since they started to compute my bets.
      I just got an answer from them blaming me for using bots and software to place bets because I placed them quick, im playing roulette many years I know the layout very good I used their re-bet button few times, and I clicked numbers very quick, they say its computer aids, I told them that im willing to send my computer for checkup…
      They treat me as if I am the criminal here, as if I’ve done something wrong when actually they trick me, cheat me, and they even changed the global rules of roulette, telling me that betting on even-odds bets is a system and it gives the player an edge on the house.
      Should I laugh or cry???
      We gamblers usually lose money, some of us lose a lot, when we lose those online casinos take the money really quick no questions asked.
      But when you win money, it’s a nightmare.
      Stay away from globallivecasino.com, they are a big scam. They lie, cheat and drag you till you give up.
      I hope I help other players not to get scammed by globallivecasino.com, do not sign in their website, stay away from them, and please tell all your friends not to play at their website.
      For conclusion:
      I have been playing legitimate, with real money, no bonuses and haven’t used any systems or computers to win real money. Global live casino dragged my soul out trying to make me the bad person, in the end they just didn’t want to pay me winnings. They accused me for being professional at roulette and for using even-odd system. If you win money they will find a way to say you have breached the terms and conditions, Stay away from global live casino, a total aggravation, bad for your soul.
      - if there is any law way to fight them I’m willing to give 10% from what we will get to whomever helps me, it’s over 40k winnings. I have screenshots, emails and other to prove it all, below I post some information about them so they can’t hide from anyone.

    @ot scammed - I'm sorry that sounds awful, I would be so very upset too.

    I am also sorry to say that there isn't anything we can do to help as this is not a casino we promote and we do not have a contact person with them.

    Thank you for the post so other players know to beware, again I am so very sorry that there is nothing we can do to help you with this particular casino.

    @JUTAH, have you been able to solve things out with globallive? if not let me know then i will find a way to help you out, previously i have been communicating with many online casinos and high powers who has power over this casinos and there is nothing like playing with system so they will not pay your money. You check on ths site t&cs you will find the rules they are talking about it under promotional and bonus terms which is an integral part of their terms and conditions let me know sup, so i can help you out. shak

    First of all thanx for contacting me, it has been a hell, it's not solved at all..I already don't know what to do, I posted complaints in many gamblers forums where they offer help, but in the end they blame me, for some reason they take the casino side, some of them even right things that show they really have no idea what they are talking about. Any way the casino blames me for using software or bots, every one now blames me, without even asking for my comments or proof. I said that I'm willing to send my hard drive for check, I seriously haven't used anything and read their terms and conditions very carefully. Now it seems they are threatening to sue me for defamation.. It's crazy, I've been scammed, I've lost weeks and now months, of my life, family time, work time, so much aggravation, my spouse soon will throw me, I got into it very much, trying to make sure that no one else will get hurt as I did. I wish there would be a way to really show they are lying.
    All I did was playing with money management. No systems no software or whatever else they come up with. Plus they now said I haven't verified or identified myself, but I gave them everything they asked, even picture of me holding my credit card and passport...and they were fine with it. IT all stinks. Anyway thanx a lot for even reading my post, I had so much hope in those gamblers forums, but for some reason it seems they might be cooperating with casinos.. Except for no deposit forum, they actually don't deal with this casino, but really were very friendly and trying to help in their small way..
    Do you really think there is something that can be done?
    Can they sue me for defamation?
    I really think they are not even very legal..

    I've posted a complaint there... I wonder if they really will do something about it. It's a lot of money, and I can't afford to lose money on persecutions.
    The casino claimed that I clicked numbers too fast, they never showed me proof of course but I checked and it's possible to click between 5-11 clicks per second, I of cours clicked quick cause there is time limit, and it's easy cause you just need to spread clicks on a table layout which has numbers laying next to each other.. Anyway, it seems it's my word against them, and it's them who are holding my money.

    True, they did but at that time I had over 12000 euro in my account(so 3k out of 12k...sounds like I gave them money), so I don't really know how to call it..and they didn't tell me to stop, they changed the rules of roulette and asked me to play by their new rules

    I wasn't saying it in a bad way but I felt it was a part being left out. It is the difference between keeping your deposit + your winnings, and not letting you cash out winnings.

    And like I said I know literally nothing about the casino you were playing at, so for all I know they very well could be shady.

    hi all please try this cool click per second game, it will prove my point..this test is to test your ability to click fast on mouse, you click your mouse as fast as you can for 25 seconds, my clicks are around 7 clicks per second.
    please guys try it and you'll see that actually its not so difficult to bet 3-5 numbers in a second, a specially that they are placed next to each other...
