GOcasino ... cannot make it...

I'm extrenely pissed off with GOcasino.com's supportand proabbly whatever group of casinos they belong tooslow , retard and definitely not very enthuiastic about players welfareslotsgalore support picks up in 1 minute, verifies ur account in 1 minutesand get everything done asap...gocasino ... takes 30 mins to and hour on average, longest i waited was 90 mins or sotakes more then 10 mins somethines longer.. to verify ur accountreplys with a proabaly  typing word count of 1 letter per min on averageand no i'm not exageratingi click live support around 4:10 my times.. guy tony^_^ , anwred around 4:40took abour 10 mins to verifythen disappeared completely... every qeury i make falls on deaf earsi closed and reopen....Sup Eric . Hi BabyOxide, I can understand your frustration with chat support at the casino because I have had to wait a long time too for someone to pick up . But you have to realize that when they have promos like the Pick A Door promo, they are slammed."

When the group had one of their first Pick a Door promo, a few of us were in chat here on the forum, gabbing away while we were waiting for chat to pick up and we literally were waiting for over an hour."

Since then, for anything, I have called them and all the casinos in that group. I have never waited more than 3 minutes before some got on the line and took care of me."

I hope the next time you need to talk to their customer service, you call them. Maybe your opinions will change about them?? Let's hope.

Sorry you are having a rough go of things. I remember their support taking forever as well, but you have to take in account how many players have queries when a promo like this is going on. Just like Mben said, next time give them a call, and hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised on how fast you get your help."
