gold rock casino

    has anyone cashed out from the new rival gold rock casino.on the 10feb i deposited twice and one of them 26 dollars. i won 450.00 and cashed out. i emailed them because there online customer service is always closed. i asked about flushing my acct and i asked if i needed any documents as i went to there site and did not see any to download or submit. i did not here back from them until the 15 telling me that they needed docs. i sent the docs as soon as i got the email. i just got an email telling me that they dont flush until after the first withdrawal. too 6 days to get that back. but i have not heard about my withdrawal. i only have one acct and i always send good docs. so there should be no problem.this is bad service. 7 days for a withdrawal. i have deposited a total of 5 times. 2 more after this withdrawal but i will not deposit anymore until i get my money. i think they have horrible customer service. they should get back before 24 hrs not 7 days.bel.. do you know much about this group. i thought they were suppose to have fast withdrawals..<img src="http://www.activeboard.com/emote.img?ID=5600" alt="weird" title="weird" />i am pretty upset. i still havent heard if they accepted my docs. i asked to get back to me.are they really a good rival company??????

    I too had troubles getting my first withdrawal, it took a total of 8 business days to get it. However, I believe they are having problems switching over, and they are a little behind. You will get your money, it just might take a little while longer. You could go to live chat and see what the status of the withdrawal is, maybe they can help you out. Good Luck.

    live chat has not been on since i joined. i ck several times a day and it is always closed

    THANKS, i have emailed now 3 times my douments and still have not heard if they got them. i did talk to dan and cam today they are trying to figure out why they have not recieved it.they did give me a free 25 chip for the problem. i am thankful, i just want my docs recvd and be done with this. they said they have sent emails right away, but i never got them until 5-6days later.but i am happy<img src="emote.img?ID=5598" alt="roll" title="roll" /><img src="emote.img?ID=5593" alt="thumb" title="thumb" /> that  they are working on it. i guess i just i have to have all the problems... lol... anyways i  am grateful they working on it and will let all of you know when it clears up... i hope to continue to play there and spend my money... since we all know i spend a fortune at these casinos.. way more than i should.....lolthanks bel for all your help in this matter. you are great at your job... that is why i only come here and play from here. you have my back..thanks gold rock for working on this for me..
