I've been playing at these casinos forever, and not to mention a very frequent depositor to all of them. I have accounts at each of the casinos. Both at Grand prive and the Genesys casinos. ~ roadhouse reels, mandarin palace, bella vegas, jupiter club, casino grand bay, and bet big dollar. About two weeks ago sent in my verification documents to each casino because I have birthday free spins from the casinos and to get them I needed to send in my documents.  I then was contacting support of all the casinos to find out about my documents and they all said they were under review. About 3 days after sending them in, my accounts at all the casinos got locked. I contacted Every casinos live help to see what the problem was and they all said I was on a negative database and within 24 hours It would be resolved. It's been two weeks now and have not heard from support, and have not gotten one e-mail from any of the groups at all. I should mention that I have no multiple accounts at the casinos. I can't believe they are doing this to me especially when I've spent a lot of my money at all the casinos.  They won't even allow me to get on the casino to delete my credit cards, accounts, etc. has anyone else had a similar situation? What do you do to resolve it?  and just an FYI-  I play at atlantis gold and platinum reels , which use the same software, but have no affiliation with genesys or grand prive. When I sent my docs to them , they were very quick, helpful, and have continued to welcome my business. A+++ to Atlantis and Platinum Reels

Wow, they locked you out of every account?I cannot speak for Mben, as she is the one who handles inquireries to these casinos, but I am hoping she can perhaps inquire as to what exactly is going on for you.She will read this when she arrives in a little bit, and she will let you know further what can be done if anything.                                                                            Pam

They just contacted me saying there is an unsettled dispute somewhere on a database. The dispute was with SUPER SLOTS which was a vegas tech casino that has been closed for a while. They were double charging my credit card and once my loving bank and I caught onto this, I was compensated for the money and my bank dealt with SUPER SLOTS (this is just a summary of what SUPER SLOTS did). I told grand prive/ roadhouse reels my whole story about super slots and that SUPER SLOTS is not a casino anymore and no contact info is to be found except for old unvalid webpages of SUPER SLOTS (if you click their website it will go to a basic SUPER SLOTS page, but nothing on the page works) and grand prive contacted me back saying SUPER SLOTS is a casino and I will continue to be locked out of the casinos until SUPER SLOTS takes me out of the database. Which is impossible because THEY ARE NOT A CASINO ANYMORE. I don't know what to do now and after getting screwed out of money from SUPER SLOTS, Grand Prive is only proving to do the same thing to me. :(FYI - the dispute was settled long ago between SUPER SLOTS and I , right around the time that casino disappeared.

Let me see what Belgamo has to say about this one because if it's all about a unsettled dispute somewhere on a database , he would know what can and can't be done about it.

Ok, basically here's what is going on ......Whenever players do a charge back or dispute transactions at casinos, they are put in a database as a risk . There is virtually no way to get off of the database after that. And, as an example, if you dispute at on Microgaming casino, you will be a risk at all Microgaming. Players really need to make sure that they know what the risk is when they do charge backs and dispute transactions because it could cause havoc at more casinos than just the one disputed. The database can be in the hands of a processor, a casino owner or even an affiliate could have gotten their hands on one and passed it along somehow. So if Super Slots, even though they are shut down now, had you on one, that database is still in affect somewhere. Does the BOS casinos use the same processor that Super Slots used? Did the owner of the BOS casinos you mention use to own Super Slots? (We will never know the answer to that question). Did some affiliate pass a database on to the casino(s) (for what reason, I don't know)? In a nutshell, alexobrien, you will probably never be unlocked from the 2 groups. I'm sorry. I know after all the deposits made, this really sucks.

I actually ended up getting locked out of all the grand prive and bet on soft because I sent all the casinos my documentations around the same time because I finally got it all uploaded. I ended up complaining to some of the casinos and they reimbursed me a few weeks ago. The ones I remember for sure areroadhouse reels - 60$ I spent a ton more than that thoughplatinum reels- 80$ returned all my deposits [IMG]mandarin palace- 40$ thats all I deposited there though It upsets me that roadhouse reels only did 80$ . I easily spent over $400 there. Grand Prive as a group should reimburse me at least half of the amount i deposited there. I know they rake in the cash as an overseas online casino and to not help out a small time player like me tells me a lot abou the group.  Platinum reels and mandarin palace are run by different groups just the same software and they had no problem reimbursing me all my  money. If you could at all help me with that or let me know what I should do I would be greatful!

I'm a little bit confused, alexobrien. If you were locked out of your BOS accounts, why are they reimbursing you? This is how I understand what you are saying....You had a chargeback at Superslots. You deposited at the BOS casinos. You (I am assuming) lost your deposits playing. You got locked out of the casinos. And now you want your deposits back??So, is the reimbursed money the balances you had in your accounts? That's all I can figure where the money came from? Grand Prive as a group should reimburse me at least half of the amount i deposited there. .... I don't understand why they should reimburse you anything if you played your deposits. Getting locked out of your accounts because of a chargeback does not mean you get your deposits back.

Now I am so very curious!!!!!  and here is my completely sarcastic response-hell, if all I have to do to get half of my money back that I  lost gambling is get locked out of a casino-then I say START LOCKING ME OUT!!!!!  and that is my attempt at being silly!!!!

hopefully i am not commenting out of misunderstanding, but seriously? since when do we get our lost waging cash due to afterwards being locked out? wow , i am shocked someone actually inquires to this. this is absurd.....you spent , you lost , end of story. sucks being locked out but cant expect monies gambled and lost to be returned. thats being a poor sport. just my opinion:surprise:

Yea, I must say I am totally confused how the reimbursed money comes into play here. You play, you win or lose, end of story.Perhaps alexobrien14 can explain this a little better as it just isnt adding up to many of us right now.                                                              Pam

The casinos randomly started locking me out of my accounts after attempting to send in my verification docs and withdraw. I went to each of them and said, when I go to send in my verification documents or withdraw and you lock me out of your casino, it is not right to take my money to wager at your casino in the first place. I didn't simply bet my money away, and then say hey! I'm gonna go bitch to get my money back. NO that is not what I did. I wanted to withdraw and I was unable to at the casinos. So it was the casinos that did wrong by first taking my money , and then giving me absolutely no chance to win it back. That is why they knew they did wrong and reimbursed me. All I have to says is be sure your not on some negative database somewhere BEFORE you deposit because the casinos won't tell you that until you lose thousands and then you are unable to withdraw any winnings.

This is just a really unfortunate situation. Is it possible the casinos did not know you were on this database till after you tried to withdraw? Thats why the deposits went thru? Perhaps I am nieve, but why would a casino take your money if you were on a database accused of a chargeback some where else. Just thinking outloud here.                                                                    Pam

Hi candlecat, we are not affiliated with Platinum Reels so we cannot offer any help with them specifically. I too have had issues with receiving bonuses or getting the messages that you have claimed this bonus the max amount of times when I never claimed it in my life. It all came down to other players who are associated with my IP address. I use a mobile broadband stick that does not have it's own dedicated IP. So if there are other players out there using the same, we're linked. That's how I understand it. I had an account at an old Vegas Tech casino (Crazy Slots) that ended up getting locked because after looking at my account and IP, they saw ........ and I kid you not ........... 100+ accounts created under my IP. I'm like what the heck?!?!?! . They re-opened my account after realizing I wasn't trying to scam the casino. But the casino had every right to question something like that. As far as you not being able to use your MC, then going under review for fraud. Imagine Platinum's finance dept seeing you were connected to other accounts, you attempt to use your MC over and over, it get's declined, etc. That will raise red flags with them and they will start to look at your account closer. I hope you get that cleared up and get to play there once again.

THAT IS BS AND I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD ARE EVEN DEFENDING CORRUPT CASINO'S. I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS, PROBABLY THOUSANDS AT THESE SAME CASINO'S BUT HAVE NEVER CASHED OUT. I WOULD BE LIVID IF THAT HAPPENED.YOU'RE 100% RIGHT WHEN YOU SAY WHY WOULD THEY TAKE YOUR $$$ IN THE 1ST PLACE? SHADY, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. DON'T GIVE ME THIS CRAP THAT MAYBE THEY DIDN'T KNOW. THE FACT IS- MOST OF THESE CASINO'S ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING YOU IT'S ANOTHER STORY. DON'T LISTEN TO THESE NAYSAYERS. I WOULD BE MAD TOO AND IT'S FAIR THEY REIMBURSE YOU AND IT SHOULD BE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.LET ME KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED, IF ANYTHING.
