I got the cd in the mail with this code,.. I tried it in my software but it didn't work so i called support and they said I need to uninstall my old version and install the new from my cd I received. After that, it did work for me!!! I am sure the site has the updated version so just uninstall and reinstall from there if you did not get the disc mailer! THE CODE WORKS FOLKS... ITS THE SOFTWARE THAT DOESN'T!
