First of all, we know why some of the casinos ARE in the pit. Because they are rogue. Some don't pay, etc, etc......Other casinos( that are in the pit) are there because Belgamo does not endorse them. Could mean he has not signed up with their program and if he has not signed up then he has no control over what they may dish out to players. Doesn't mean they are a bad casino.
