I would be carefull igot two emails today from them because i had an account there before they restricted the U.S. and it had my account # in one and said thanks for opening a new account in the other lol IM in a restricted state in the U.S. I think there trying to lure people in to deposit with no chance of cashing out. Makes a lot of sense send my account# in one email and say thanks for opening a new account in the other because i havent played there in years. Besides im in a restricted U.S. state I read on casinomeister that two micros were taking U.S. players again all states except kentucky but it didnt last long because they got caught. SO just a heads up.

i've read that before ohb i'm just not willing to write somewhere off because theyare not giving freebies anymore like they used to.  Don't get me wrong they should have sent notices and what not but at the same time no casino online is required to give any freebies to anybody at anytime , if somewhere happens to give you onesay thank you and move on.  If you play for money and lose, i believe that freebies shuoldn't be expected.I always say don't play what you can't afford to lose because 8/10 times your going to.    ...lol this is great...

i didn't post that link to bring attention to the lack of freebies from grand hotel.  did you even read the whole thing, vacant1?  if a casino isn't going to pay their affiliates what makes you think that they will pay the players?  on principle alone, i refuse to support a casino with such shady business practices.  what good is a free chip if you never see your winnings?  just my

I just consider the money the affiliates earn for signups as a freebie thats all, just my point of view.  I haven't heard anything about them not paying their players(as of yet) and hope i don't.  They've been around a very long time and that would well.... just suck.

I've sucessfully cashed out from them a couple times. I live in the US, in California."
"
I read the negative opinions and can see why you would (and should) be upset. But, I'm also a sucker for a bribe and will take their money without thinking twice. "
"
While I am not saying that how they treated their affiliates is ok, I also know that whenever *any* business changes management, there is an adjustment period. Hopefully they make it right but maybe they won't...and that does change my opinion of the casino. "
"
Technically though, its the responsibility of the the previous management to square up with you. They did the dirty by not informing you of the change that was coming, nor making arrangements to compensate you. And, it sucks that they wouldnt make any effort towards a compromise with you..."
"
I do have to say though that I had no problem cashing out with them.
