Grand mondial bonuses suck!!

    just a quick rant... i deposited more than $220 into grandmondial today and have done every week or so for ages and nothing not one bonus (except winnings from a contest here, much apprecated by the way) because i don't deposit on the weekend if i did that i would get 25%. and when i talk to support, a one sentence reply, unfortunatly we cannot give a bonus at this time. Just sucks is all.

    [​IMG]Really??   WOW, they have never been stingy with me, so that's surprising to hear, Deej!  Hmmm, maybe you aren't making the right jokes while asking for free stuff.  ;)   heh heh - No, I really am serious.  I have always had fantastic experiences dealing with support - (well, i'd say 7 out of 10 times, average), and there have also been a few SPECTACULAR free spin surprises hiding in my acct!  example: last week i found 6 SETS of 20 FREE SPINS on TOMB RAIDER: SECRET OF THE SWORD!  it was fantastic!   i don't know if it helps that this is how i asked:  Hello, there, [agent's name].   Will you PLEASE sift through my acct and try to find any/all secret, hidden bonuses/free spins which i am not aware of, please??   ;)    Thank you.

    wow i didn't even know you could be deposit bonuses at all through the week i get the emails for the weekend one but not for durring the week i feel ripped

    ok grab this for a laugh i went to live chat too ask too be unsubcribed as too the amount i put into that casino to the pay out rate is not good so expressed this is in a very polite way and said about i hear all these ppl get free spins and stuff and asked why i didn't get them if it was because i'm not a high roller valid question i thought but no Petro the person i was talking with just ended the session with no reply or anything so i went back and asked why i the session was ended as i wasn't being rude nor cussing and was just asked you want to unsubcribe thats fine YOU WILL NOW NO LONGER GET ANY EMAILS OF PROMOTIONS man just rude so i've now sent a email too the supervisor on this i don't get it we are the customer wether if some of how questions or statements don't sit well with them but the respect of a reply would be more well recieved than too just blatently end a session RUDE RUDE RUDE

    Wow, I have never encountered anyone being rude with live chat. But, yes, if they just diconnect the session that is rude. Maybe try giving their phone # a call, it may help and explain the rude customer service you recieved. (Just a thought)

    I would but i'm in new zealand and would be a huge cost to ring them i've given them enough of my money with out totting up my phone bill all good tho but i'm now looking for aother casino too play at i'm a mg fan any suggestions????

    I would suggest Rich Reels or Villento as i do play there too. Both are great casinos and every so often on Tuesdays they select players to get 40 free spins on a certain game.
