    Not sure if I'm allowed to post here on GP but I see you wrote this in 2012. I can tell you first hand I've had nothing but issues with them since starting in June. They claim they have three VIP levels. They barely have any VIP service at all. Their comp rate difference from reg player to VIP is only .50 difference. Normal is one penny for every $10 spent. A VIP gets one every $9.50 spent. Compared to Planet 7 every $2. They claim on their web-site there are 3 luxury VIP levels. There's not even one. I asked a mgr & he asked me to email him where I got this info. It was on their home pg??? The exclusive bonuses, mthly offers nothing is correct. I deposit thousands a wk at times & they refuse to answer any of my emails. Even sent last mail to higher mgmt with complaints also never answered. Was given an awesome code by a shift mgr with only 20x's play through & the lady that is suppose to be my acct mgr that I've barely ever gotten replies from actually deleted it. The main reason it was given to me was due to the big issues that she had left unanswered like my missing withdrawal for a mth. She noted on my acct my old code she gave me was the only code to be used on my acct. Nothing is consistent & when they won't do something a chat operator just did the day before they always call it an "exception". 2 days ago was even told they took a blind eye to my code I entered off of the rtg bonus site. She stated it was not posted by them & she didn't want to see me not get paid. Seriously? Its an RTG code?

    I could write a book with my issues & complaints. Bottom line is mgmt has refused to answer any mails. Many of the issues I'm actually owed money for their lack of resolving. Actually the majority of the issues unresolved almost always was costing me cash in some way. Chat reps are pretty good but like I said, not consistent. Amazing how a code is manually entered for 5 mths & ten times the day before then a wk later everyone refused to enter it. Then I was told my code had expired. I have emails stating it had been made for me & there was no expiration to it. But of course I've also not gotten an answer to how & why this was deleted. I'm sad to leave but would just like to warn any others that spend a lot of cash to not expect to receive any kind of VIP treatment. You will grow old waiting on a issue resolved or an email replied to. I've had withdrawals go missing for a mth emailing trying to find out exactly where it went to. Also without a reply even from the finance dept. This was my first casino to play ever on-line. But arguing on chat almost everyday also effects my playing. Its just not worth it anymore. Almost forgot to add, in chat the reps try so hard to cover for mgmt even statements saying you are "valued", "special" or of our "favorites". Truth is you are nothing to them.

    Belgamo if this can't go here, then you can delete it. I know it's a casino on our good list but my statement above is the truth & I've made it clear to them that I would be making it known on the internet. I read some of these type reviews when researching who to start with but I ignored them because of the high winnings percentage. But now I see a relationship with your acct mgr is some important to have. I've blown over $10k in a few mths there & I have zero relations or support from any mgr there period.

    I have had issues with Grand Parker myself. All my documentation was approved and when I tried to withdraw I was sent an email telling me my acct. had be randomly selected for security check or some wording close to that. It was back in July. They put my deposit back in my acct. Not being able to get any answers I requested the withdraw again. This time it was approved. After that withdraw tried again and was back to the first message. They told me in an email I would be notified in 30-60 days. This is how long this process takes. What a bunch of baloney. Never heard from them again except in emails trying to get me to use their bonuses. I don't play there anymore. I believe Loco Panda is a related site and I have never had any issues with them to date.
