At first the CS dude said 12 - 24hrs and I will see my credit if appoved. Then I asked if he'd speed up the process and possibly compare / link up my account to my other Go Group Casino's for instant qualifacation... he said he can't make it instant but could gather that info to speed it through a bit,.. said I will see my credit by midnight,.. about an hour to go now! Thank you got the $20 just a tip yesterday when i talk to chat they said i needed to click on the cashier and then any tab for them to give me the bonus then they told me 24hrs well today i signed in and it wasnt there but i did the cashier thing again and presto it was there dont know if it was perfect timing or what but worth a try good luck "

At what point are you getting the error message?  When it tries to launch or during the install? I have an email out to my rep asking for help for initial installs for a couple of members. If he has any fixes, I will be sure to post and you can try them.
