    I've had the bonus for weeks and still can't play at the casino. All they want to do is change my pw and its not working, casino loads but the game browser doesn't for some reason. Tech help was suppose to call and send an email but have heard nothing, can't figure out what the problem is.

    Mben, I have XP and have had no problem at the other casino's in this group just this one

    A member told me that they heard it wouldn't install on Win7 so they installed it on XP and it installed fine. That's not your issue then. And I don't know if the WIn7 is really an issue but thought I would ask you anyway. I really wish I could help you get the casino installed but I really have no idea what to suggest.
