Has this ever happened to you

    I had contacted grande vegas about a memorial day freebie. Which by the way I have a limit a month on my deposit. That I had talked to them trying to increase. Well after I asked again tonight since I have not heard from them on this. The person on live chat said this was sent to the fraud department. I have followed all the rules. I made sure before I deposited that I had only one account. I asked them what I did wrong and they told me they couldn't tell me. Now this is getting weird. The only difference is with this rtg casino I made a cash out.  [​IMG]

    I have never heard of a deposit limit. f you hear back from risk management, please let us know what the reason is as to why they limited you. I do know casinos will take away bonuses to frequsnt winners until some deposits are made without taking a bonus, but not this.

    I've never heard of a limit on deposits either.Interested to see what they say.                                                         Pam

    They won't give me a reason for this. This is the one I made the 2500.00 withdrawl. You think they would want some of their money back. And they won't tell me what I did wrong for it to be sent to fraud department when I was trying to raise my limit.

    They still have not got a hold of me. And I am able to deposit again come the 9th.
