HELP!!! WITHDRAWAL [RESOLVED]

Hi, I requested a withdrawl about 3 weeks ago from bingo hall and have not heard anything about my withdrawl.. I was told to send 2 separate emails, one to accounting department and one to security(voided check)... I have had no response and I am afraid to log back into my account because the keep trying to give me free chips... I am afraid if I get a free chip I will have to play it before I get my deposit...
Please help!!!

I have just forwarded the player’s message to the BingoHall support team and their team leader told me they will make sure he gets a reply today.

This issue is resolved.

General FYI for everyone ...

There are terms and conditions when it come to cashing out from free bonuses.

Bingo Hall requires a deposit be made within the last ten days when requesting a cashout.

And the max cashout on a free bonus is $100 for the rookie level. It goes up from there depending on what level you are at.
