We will deal with your withdrawals as a priority over other players as you have been waiting a very long time. Can you give us the details of this?What Casino is this?The check will not clear because????How does making a withdrawl request a different way assure you , you will get paid?Forgive my silly questions.                                                                                                Pam

    of all places club worldthe processor couldnt handle a courior check as to other payment option i dont know and your guess is good as mine if i get paidit was approved and sent out on hte 2nd of novemberhave had problems with silveroak and cleos this month getting moneyi think i give up for a while

    Poor sambeau,I got the exact same form letter you did just a different amount filled in. I asked them to waive the fees for the new w/d method, and at first they said no it wld be $140 to get all my noney on 2 seperate installments there choice not mine. then they waived the fees, I do appreciate that. I know it so frustrating and you need that money especially now, right before christmas. The last part of the letter, we will put your w/d before other players, as you have been waiting along time, got that also.But did not happen had to wait and additional 7 or 8 days. The OK Pay would be the better choice but they also have a wait. Good Luck you will get paid.

    The word from the rep is that OK Pay is the way to go right now because checks are still not a good option. They are in the process of adding a new processor that will open things up again .
