i am new to the forum and could really use your help

i guess i'll just state my problem and let you decide weather or not you can or even want to help. simply put,  i have $4500.00 in cashouts owed to me from eldorado palace. ........ and can not get it on just my efforts alone. isnt that really sad?.......i have done everything on my end that the casino requests of me, (documents etc..) they have got me in some kind of waiting game. giving me the same status report for over a month now. my cashouts are pending waiting for managements approval and that should be sometime this week   the same answer every week for over a month now.  i just want to scream...well i wont bore you with all the  ugly details yet. this should be enough to give you an idea of what im dealing with. if you decide that you would like to help me then i'll take the next step needed to give you the rest of the info.......thanks for your time.......sincerely....stoverload

stoverload,We have absolutely nothing to do with El Dorado Palace and will not be able to lend a helping hand. They are considered a Pit casino here on the forum and other forums as well.I do hope that they step up to the plate and pay you your winnings (as long as you followed their t's and c's).It's situations like this that put casinos in the pit and makes people wonder how can online casinos screw with players the way they do and sleep at night? Grrrr!
