 First it Top Game, secondly they are a know rogue.  I hope for some reason things have changed. A  max weekly amount sent will drag the payment out. LadyCeltic most likely will not see that 65k all at once.  Other than that, if LadyCeltic followed all their T's and C's, she should have no problem receiving her winnings.
