  hi im new to the forum and id like to have some opinions or help on these subjects.. first ive seen that surprise bonus on my welcome screen two times now and it says call support to redeem  well after i called both times they declined my surprise one person said i need a code the other said it was just a ad put in there. i  now know  to record a code if its there but it said we have a surprise bonus for you.  that doesnt sound like a typical ad.    ive also been awaiting a cc refund that was promised to me last week om moday i was told it got processed.. its now sunday!!1  and ive been offered a 100% bonus as a curtisy  for my issues that they have put me through and when i deposited and called to redeem it they said you dont qualify and to call back when the person is there who promised it to me, well 3 days later i get that person finally on the phone and they cant redeem it because it passed 48 hours!!!  i truly love to play here and ill spend literally thousands  but im very sceptical because i keep getting pushed to deposit for specials but then declined.  not to mention they wont  comp my acct for there mistakes or hold up the little offers they say they'll give me  what should i do?  i have no codes for anything but the min of 50 deposit and i still havent recieved a 25 dollar refund thats been processed 7  days ago.......help  with this anyone????

Edit Post Printer Friendly   the refund is for my go casino its craziness i tell you. TODAY IS WED THE 21 THEY SAID THE ISUED MY 25 $ REFUND THE 12th still no word the bank said it should be seen by them by now but go says 7-10 business days. so i have no choice but to wait. i cant even get a nd bonus for all my hassles from them nor will they accept the two codes i had. its a crazy situation. but the benefit of a doubt ill hold til jt due time because i do like there software.OV0141050590 GO0368644431

casey333, I got some news for you. As far as the refund is concerned, the casino rep has sent your issue to their accounting dept to look into it further. As far as the mix up on the bonus issue, you were given a free seat in the next (not tonight's that you are entered in already) but the next tournament that we are having 2 weeks from now for FREE!! Check it out here!! As soon as here something on the refund issue, I will let you know.

thank u very much.  they said it would take 3-5 bus days then 7-10 bus days now 15  thats crazy  but atleast im getting closer to a end point! so again thank you very much and thx also for he seat in the turn thats kool too..  ill say it again  i love this site!!!!!   and you are great.  you should get a job in vegas youd be a great casino host.

hi   you know they never called me and told me theres no way that you would know anything about it. its m=now week 3 and still no refund i keep getting offers for a 100% dep bonus w 25 min fdeposit and then ill deposit but they refuse to uphold it  this was offered to me lastnite and i deposited 27 today now they will only give me 25%  they arent doing me good so far. ov0141050590

Thanks for that!  @ casey333- Well you just tell support that there is no way that they would know what I know and who I know and what I know will happen to them if they keep talking crazy like that. (just kidding about what will happen to them). Seriously, I will let you know what I find out. I sent off another email asking what the deal is.

hold on dont get me confused with another!!!!   I NEVER SAID THAT YOU WERE OR ARE LYIN'   IM NOT THAT PERSON!!!  but i did tell the person who said that to me that they didnt know or wasnt updated on very much. im just stating that i cant seem to get anywhere to far from there side.   i know that  u speak the truth   but good looking out CAT  thats how it should be@!!!!!

so not one person has called me or contacted me yet. and they refuse to get on the pnone with me i keep getting  told they promise itll be there by tom  on the 15th day.  and now they refuse to keep any of the emailed promos they send. ive gotten a few turn but the acconts dept will not reply to anything or yet have they called. i truly feel like they have used me as a mat and if its not there tom i bet they'll say well too bad wait longer.  this is a horrible feeling of helplessness

I have a question casey, ive been wondering for a while now - i see you saying they keep not honoring bonuses that have been emailed to you (by the way not all emails offering bonuses are actually from the casino itself) -so that may be what is happening w/ that -but that is not my question - but it is what make me ask why are you still trying to deposit and claim bonuses while  your other issue is still unresolved and having so much trouble getting any kind of satisfying answers from the casino?If i am have a problem w/ a casino especially getting money owed to me the last thing im going to do is deposit more money until it is resolved so i keep wondering why you would want to-i mean there are lots of other great casinos we can tell you about w/ fantastic customer service and that are fast getting your money to you .Are you not interested in trying anywhere else?

well  that sounds like the smart thing is to go else where right! but ive got numerous friends that play and win there plus i love the games.  yes id be interesed in other casinos but i still havent found any that have the turns and the ratings [well from someone i can sayi know peraonally.  i guess im hoping that theyll do what they are supposed to as far as a respectable business thatt cares about costumer care would...   besides you get more with honey  then lemons  or something like that, i dont want to get ripped off on the time and cash that ive already invested and or owed.   if they make it right by themselves or by the right person seeing these ill be a happygambler....    and i do hope it does get fixed smoothly.   does that make sense????  besides im part of you guys to learn a lot more than i knew  so this for sure helps!!!!

Ok i can kinda see what you are saying about why not trying somewhere else right now -but still if it were me and that was the case i still wouldnt deposit with them until they had resolved it for me-but what about another vegas tech casino or one in a different group of vegas tech casinos ?That way the games you like would be the same and there's one that im not sure but im pretty sure you can get 100% bonus on every deposit you ever make OR  if you chose not to opt in for that  then i believe you then get to claim various bonuses that they offer to you some larger that that 100% but im not sayng which casino it is cuz now i have to go check my facts 1st .I will come back and post the 411 in a bit after i go research it .

If you do not see the $25 refund tomorrow in your account, let me know. and now they refuse to keep any of the emailed promos they send. I thought Gold had explained the bonuses. I am not saying that you are not trying to claim them at the moment you receive them but they most likely have a time limit on them and will not be honored if that lapse. Can you post the email with the bonus you are trying to claim? i guess im hoping that theyll do what they are supposed to as far as a respectable business thatt cares about costumer care My contact at the casino group tried to make good by you by giving you a free seat in the next exclusive tourney coming up next week, Thr. good morning all!!   hey  cat thnx for your opinion  i dig the straight up attitude.. its refreshing to have people speak to me  not at me   u know.    anywho...  i just  called GO and as usual they wont speal to me in security but they asked me  to send my statement.  i spoke to a lady the other day in security and she said that maybe theyll put it in my casino acct if its not on my card today so i hope that gets done because if not this will have to wait til monday and itll start all over again.  they have been kind to me with the free turn and a few of them but most arent comps they r the 4 that  your 1st deposit gets  BUT YES STILL FREE.  and as to the bonuses i have and understand the rules to how to claim them  its the one they dont put in writitrng that they offer that they keep declining me there is the one that they emailed to me that  i deposited for and they didnt and wont credit. they gAve me the welcome bonus and then said id have to deposit again to get that one its really crazy  hopef fully things will be fixed today, i sent my statement a hour ago so lets see.....   THANK YOU SOOOO  MUCH 4 ALL UR HELPAGAIN   THIS SITE HAS TO B THE BEST
