I'm having an issue with 4 Top Game casinos

    Here's the problem: I saw the posts last Friday about special bonuses in some of the Top Game casinos. I've deposited in many of them over the last few weeks, but the only withdrawal I've had was from 7Spins for a total of $100 including my $25 good faith deposit.I started by checking out Rich Casino - it was blocked. The message said to contact them through an 877 number, but I wrote it off as an aberration or technical glitch. Checking  Thebes Casino resulted in the same thing - account blocked. I called the number and was told that there was no issue with my account, just a technical issue. Give it a couple of days and all will be fine. At this point I decided to check the deals on 7Spins - especially the 100% insurance. Everything looked fine, but when I went to the deposit page, I was informed that I couldn't deposit at this time. Same deal at Casino Moons - deposits were not possible at this time .I tried Rich Casino again today with the same results. A call to the support people got me an OH! - you have to contact the Finance people Asking what was wrong got me another Contact the Finance people - they will tell you .All I have done is request a total of ONE withdrawal for a total of $100 and I'm sure I've deposited probably 3X that in their casinos, but I am currently cut off  and no word from Live Support or a response from my e-mail to Finance.I will follow up as more details become available....

    Yes Cat - I you are reading that correctly. The phone-in support people first told me on Friday that they were having a technicial problem that was affecting a bunch of accounts. Last night the story changed. They told me that my accounts were not blocked due to a technical problem, but due to some other issue which they wouldn't discuss on the phone. I had to send an e-mail to the Finance people to find out why."

    I don't mean to be rude, but WTF is it going to take for these a-holes to just answer my e-mails? It's been a full week with no information at all!

    PSP, PM me the names of the casinos and all your log ins and I will see if I can get Belgamo's connections at these casinos to look at your accounts to see what is going on. "

    I'm confused - please explain to me what you mean by more verification I haven't requested a withdrawal in weeks, and the last one that I did, they were satisfied with the documentation that I provided - they approved and actually PAID a cashout.This was all done with no warning or indication of a potential problem. I was cut off for no apparent reason - and up to this point they have refused to respond to my e-mails asking why this happened.

    Don't know friend. It was just a thought but your right, if they've already paid you once, that shouldn't be the problem. Mben's is good sound advice. :)

    psp if anyone can help you it will be Belgamo Mben and Cat Dancer thay will found out what happen to you and after this is all said and done i would say away from those casino for a long time to come Good luck "
