Just want to let everyone know, please-please remember all the info you put on your original registration. I put 2 phone numbers on mine and can only confirm 1 number(can't remember, must have been a trac phone I had at one time). As you know they only contact by email, so the process is slow if there is an issue. So, I have $2600 and can't withdraw anything. I asked them to confirm that the issue will not be resolved and all my play has been for not....no response. I'm dissappointed, but this is their policy. I'll be more careful next time and record all info.
