I got a new (not new, but new to me) computer and I so I'm having to reload all my casino programs. And all the RTG casinos download fine and the table games and keno games download and work fine but the slot games will not download. I get an error message that says: ERRORCODE=800460 Contact Customer Support.I've talked to WAY to many customer supporters and none has had a clue.Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone have any suggestions (and not anti-virus or cookies or temp files or pop-up blockers, cuz that ain't it)? Is there any way in the world to find out what that errorcode means? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Download the latest version of Internet Explorer, second option is open a new user account with all administrative priviledges and login with that one. At least one will resolve you issue.

There was a temporary compatibility issue with some of the RTGs and one version of IE. Try updating to the most current version of IE or as an alternative you can try through a different browser.I'm assuming Windows - which version? Specifically which RTG?

Well guys, I really appreciate y'all trying to help me because this problem is frustrating me more than words can say. Unfortunately nothing worked.I'm running Windows XP in a  new user account with full priveliges. I reinstalled IE8 and when that didn't work I installed Mozilla. Nothing made any difference at all.And to answer your question, PSP, I believe it's all RTG casinos but I've only actually tried Rushmore, Slots of Vegas, Slots Jungle, Casino Titan, Slots Plus, and INETbet. And isn't it odd that the table games work fine? It's just the slots that are the problem.Do you know of any way to find out what that error code (800460) means? Is there some way to contact RTG? Or any other ideas?Again, I appreciate the help.

Hey Cave Creek Cowboy, how you holding up in this AZ heat? What internet connection are you using? I was using Cricket mobile broadband and had an issue with installing just the slot games in RTG casinos (keno installed just fine). I finally plugged into the cable modem here at my daughter's house and have been installing games left and right without any errors at all. I was getting an error that said could not create file or something to that affect. Read all about here ...... at the end of this very long thread. https://www.nodepositforum.com/t38616843/my-computer-issuesgrrrrrrrrrrrrr/?page=1#lastPostAnchor-- Edited by Mben on Monday 27th of June 2011 02:33:01 PM

Hello Beautiful, How you been? I LOVE this weather. If it weren't for the heat, everyone in the country would live here. Most of 'em eventually move here anyway. But you know that. Besides, I like to jump off my roof into the pool and it's really not that fun unless it's hot out.Now back to my computer issue. DING! DING! DING! I believe we have a winner. Sure enough, I've got Cricket Broadband and if I were a gambling man I'd bet the farm that you are absolutely correct. As soon as I think of a way, I'm gonna test this theory. But it feels right.Thank you so much. You know how frustrated I've been with this. Probably better than anybody. You're the bomb, babe. Talk atcha later.ToddPS can you delete this post for me so I don't waste anyone else's time? Thanks

Where did you both find that Cricket Broadband - never seen it before. Is that an Arizona thing?

LOL. I think they claim to have nation-wide coverage but who knows. Maybe it is an Arizona thing. They've been known to have some issues though. And it looks like this is another one. Thanks again for your help.

Nationwide coverage for Cricket means when you have a plan, they have nationwide coverage to cover your calls but that doesn't mean they sell the cell phone/internet service in all states. As far as it being just an AZ thing, no. luvkitty (the member who originally posted about her Cricket in that long thread) in not in AZ and had Cricket. I believe the company is based out of San Diego. Todd, I'm gonna leave the thread. It's very good info. I am glad to be of some help to you. Just let me know when I can come pick up the farm . lol Stay cool!
