Jackpot city casino

    i opened an account with Jackpot city and played the 500.00 free play and won myself 200.00. I know that at some casinos you are only allowed one sign up bonus per group.... so before i deposited I went on live chat and spoke to an agent who told me that yes i was eligable for the promotion and i was also eligable for the 100% match on top of the 200.00 in free play and all i needed to do was claim the 100% match and my 200.00 would be credited with this. it took me all day to make a deposit as there was a problem with the casino software. i eventually made a deposite of $30 and claimed my 100% match..... this was credited but i got no 200.00. so i went on live chat again and asked why had i not recieved this bonus... i was then told i wasnt eligable as i had claimed a promotion from lucky nuggett casino. I feel ripped off as i specifically went on live chat to ask was i eligable and was told i was .... i make a deposit .... then told im not. the prople on live chat were not helpful in the slightest and all they said to me was `well your lucky you got $30 free cause you shouldnt have been given that`DONT PLAY HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND BEING TOLD ONE THING THEN GETTING SOMETHING ELSE!!
