July 4th Promo I got scammed again

Ok I think I'm finally done with online casino's. I have been put through the ringer so many times and have spent thousands of dollars playing, just can't do it anymore. I was playing the July 4th promo at Grand Eagle Casino and was on the third deposit ( 50% deposit bonus plus the free spins) Well I thought I finally got lucky and made $2000.00. Went to withdrawl $1000.00 of it and they come back and said becasue it was won on the free spins I am only eligible for $100.00. I just don't understand they take and take but when it's time to pay alittle, you never get it. So I think that's it for me. Krista Wells

What? I you kidding me?If it's this promo, $237 Plus 30 Free Spins on Bucksy Malone 50% up to $237, then you paid for those free spins! Why are they putting a max cashout on them? That's a crock of $%!&!!!!!!Did you ask for the terms and conditions on that offer, jazzyy? I cannot find them.

When I chatted with her online she called them a gift, in which it comes with the promo. But on the email they sent to me I read it over and it doesn't say gift, I was on the third offer 50% plus the free spins. So she said I have to go back to their terms and conditions. Is there anyone do you know I can talk to about this. I don't this should be aloud. I feel that's false advertising they should be stating that if those are the rules in Promotions that they are holding. I just don't get it. This happens to me quite often. Why is there always a reason why they won't pay out. I do play the no deposit offers and I understand the terms and conditions. But I paid for that and this shouldn't be allowed. If you have any suggestions or anyone I would appreciate it. I will close my account there and never deposit. They are asking for my documentations for withdrawl and I really don't want to give them my info right now until I get this settled. It's not worth A $100.00 to me."

I think so to, I think it's terrible and I think it should be right there on the Promo so players don't fall into this. There were many promotions going on at this time, and I opted to play with this company becasue I enjoy their games. If I would have know that I would have gone to my RTG site I play at. I claimed the free spins at the same time that I made my deposit how do I know it was actually the free spins I won from. I still had 15.00 in my bonus that i had to forfeit before my withdrawl request?"

Bonus money is kept separate from each other in the cashier. If you deposited, then claimed the match bonus, your balance would go up by that much. Then before you played it, if you went and spun the free spins, whatever bonus money you made off of them would sit as a bonus until you play through the deposit bonus. Once that has cleared out of your balance meaning you played it to zero, then automatically, the free spins bonus money would drop into your balance. The software does keep track of what was won from what so the casino does know from what you won the $2000 from.

Thankyou for your help. I was looking at the statement, and it says, I won 15.11 in free spins, that was in the bonus on balance. but when I made the withdrawl I I had to forfeit that back. Anyhow not sure if these are standard rules for all sites but I really think its unfair, I did A reverse withdrawl and going to play it til im at a zero balance and use my points the withdrawl max is alot higher if I win anything. Makes sense to me. "
