When you download from any link or banner on the internet for anything, someone is making money off of you. Whoever is doing the advertising on a particular site is called an affliate. When you sign up or buy something from their link, you pretty much become their player .  tagged to a different affiliate means you are not tagged under Belgamo's link. You downloaded from another affiliate's link or banner and registered an account. Now, you may think you downloaded from a particular banner, link or affiliate but in a lot of cases, the website was visited before clicking on the link or banner you really wanted the bonus from and by doing so a cookie was placed on your PC. So even if you went to another website and downloaded to get the no deposit bonus you wanted, you could still be tagged to the first link, banner or affiliate you clicked on originally because of the cookie. Clear as mud, charliesholiday?

You're not taqged to Belgamo, dazzlingdebra. That is the reason why there was no $15 initially Since you received the $10, they are considering that the bonus. Not Belgamo's exclusive bonus, but a bonus nevertheless. I'm sorry.

Hey thanks for the bonus. Here's an interesting story. I downloaded from your link, and didn't get $25 or $15. That was late last night. Then my husband later also used your link and signed up for an account. As soon as it was created BAM! $25!!! But he didn't get the verification email. So he went to chat and they said someone would resend it. They fawned all over him. It's only so you can do the free tourney. So he later gets an email saying they got it all good for him.Meanwhile, back at MY STORY, I contacted support through live chat and casually asked when the signup bonus would be awarded. I got the same person, ANDREAS, (m/f???) who was SO rude to me. You don't get any $25 bonus, that is a Mistake! Only SELECTED people were emailed with the bonus of $25. Nobody else gets it! You only get the match deposit bonus. I nicely said, well, thanks, but I meant the bonus for signing up through NoDepositForum's link, thanks... they said, oh, an affiliate bonus? humph! you will get that within 24 hours of signing up. Someone will credit you.Well, I don't think it's been quite 24 hours, but still nada for me. update: Chatted with Ruth about my bonus. She said she would have to send my info to the proper department and that just fmi (like fyi) support doesn't deal with bonus issues and *if* I was eligible I would get my bonus within 24-48 hours. Well, I like the idea of playing here, and I like the daily freerolls. Perhaps if I had used my different email address I would have received the $25 bonus- I know Liberty Slots had sent me something, but it looked like regular unwanted affiliate spam. I want to know who I am affiliating with. Nothing like 'casino' email that doesn't actually come from the casino.Good luck playing, everyone!!!

Please do not contact customer service about your bonus. When 24 hours are up (excluding the weekend) and you still have not received the bonus, post your account number here and we will ask the rep to check your account to see if it is eligible or not for the bonus. We have been finding that even though members say they have downloaded from our banners and links, they have actually visited the casino site through another site or forum and become tagged to that affiliate.

Aw shucks, sorry about the asking about the bonus and I promise not to do that anymore. I should have known better though. I don't even ever like having to chat with support.On a positive note, my $15 has finally shown up.
