    The rep checked both accounts and LS0478644700 was credited.The LS0894479491 account received a bonus and has subsequently been blocked for bonus abuse.

    Before I send these off, can you tell me when you registered? You have to wait until the next business day for crediting and if you signed up over the weekend, it won't be until Monday if you are eligible. Just because you posted this weekend doesn't mean you signed up this weeked, but I have to ask.

    That is our exclusive offer, riknico. I don't know why some people get $25. It's not our doing. They may have had cookies on the PC after clicking another affiliates links.

    So, I recieved the bonus.  I liked it so I decided to deposit.  I was unable to process my deposit, so I contacted customer service.  I have no problem verifying my identity when maing a withdrawl, but I am required to do so before making a deposit, which would be some time next week as it is the week-end.  I then wanted to play in a free tournament but was unable to do so as I had not recieved the welcome e-mail to validate my e-mail address.  Lots of trouble and no results.  Apparantly, they do not want my money very badly.  Horrible experience!  :angry::angry::angry:

    I need to verify my identity before I can deposit at Jackpot Capital (RTG) so the fact that you need to at Liberty Slots means that it is not unheard of but annoying, I know. After I registered at Liberty, I never received my verification email either so I contacted support and they fixed me right up. I was able to get into the tournies then. After the issues you had/have to deal with, I do understand how it can turn you away from a casino, but hopefully they will be taken care of so you can get in on the action at Liberty, Smith. Sorry your second impression (your first being the free chip) wasn't that great. [​IMG]

    Thanks for the advice.  Needed to vent.  Also, sent me 50.00 for my birthday, and today got an e-mail for another 10.00 and I have not sent anything in or deposited yet.  I'll give them another chance.:roll:

    Scratch what I just posted.  Sending me on a wild goose chase.  They sent me the welcome e-mail, clicked on it would not work to validate e-mail address.  Sent me an e-mail, free 10.00, just contact support, so I did.  They are making this too difficult.  I understand all of the verification when you want to withdraw, but this is ridiculous.  They will NEVER get one penny of mine.
