    Hi everyone. Been gone a while. Was pretty sick.
    Anyway I won 1300 at liberty slots. I am an elite member. No clue what that means. Mind you Lincoln Casino never ever given me a problem. My withdrawal request was finally processed on the 9th. I always get a notification from Fed Ex. But I am still waiting. Today I emailed because I need to go home to Huston and asked politely to bet a status. Then spoke to a Rep that was utterly rude. So all I want to know when this will get sent
    Our home is destroyed due to Harvey and I am just very disappointed by the way I have been treated. Can you guys give me some advice.

    You mention your withdrawal was processed on the 9th. Was that October 9th? Or earlier?

    It is rare that Liberty slots has a problem with withdrawals, however when admin arrives for the day, She will look at this post and advise you if she can help.

    Sassyisa, the rep has replied and told me that he will have a supervisor contact you about your payment.

    Your check is on its way, but there was an initial delay.

    I have received the same email from a payment team member named Annie. This is the standard email I think all players get. My upset is that the personal touch and the great costumer service is absent when a player needs something .so far no supervisor . Thanks for all your help.
