    Hi every one! I won with the 25 free bonus on Loco Panda 200$ it's good but i' m worry. I send all the documents they ask a copy of my  credit card front and back my international account number my driver licence and a copy of a bill statement with my adress! I scan and send them by email they never receive it, i send that 2 days ago?! I think i will cancel my credit card i' m so nervous they have all to stole my identity, ok i have a security password on it but?! I chat with them tonight and try to fix with the operator,  he send me a email and i never receive it, he stay with me on the chat that was nice, my email adress was ok, ask me to return all the documents again ho boy,he didn't receive it! 30 minutes on the chat and my in box open on hotmail nothing at all!:angry:Is everybody send those documents when they win? I' m so stress out about my credit card! [​IMG] Is there some canadian people who did the same thing to withdraw with a casino on line? Thank you to answer me and i will let you know if i have news about them! Still wait there suppose e-mail to approved my fax back form! They are located in Caribbean but email don't take plane!!lol!

    Hi again nadya431:Sounds like you are having trouble getting your faxback forms to Loco Panda.Let me assure you again, the items they are asking for are common, and everyone who requests a cash out has to supply the same documents.Please let me know if this situation with the email doesnt get worked out.I have a rep there, and if necessary, we can contact him to see what can be done for this situiation.Please try not to worry. Loco Panda is a reputable casino and again, the requested items are necessary for them to verify your identity and reduce fraud.                                                                Pam

    Thank you Pam. At 5:00 am i chat with them again and the operator send me a email and,this one a received ,it was a promotion from the support services. She told me that my fax back form will be treated monday or tuesday and they were sorry about the inconvenient. I deposit 21$ two times already I will give you feetback for sure your opinion and help , secure me!Have a nice day Nadya and Stéphane

    I Pam , i receive today an e mail from the support services and they have received the documents but i' m still not approved yet! I don't know how long it will take, anyway i still have the money in my account to withdraw or play everything if it's to long! Maybe i can win more hihihi!
