    It was a confirmation email from them. I logged on and tried twice to contact live support, no luck.     I have not heard back from the rep, tamaroa. As soon as i do, you know i will update your thread. I could have sworn i edited in a couple of questions for you in my last reply. Obviously not, so here they are. Was the $40 in your casino account balance and if so, did you play it? Was the $40 deducted from your bank account?

    This is not the first time I have heard the term technical issues from them. Tourney issues and that was mt answer before. What exactly does it mean ?

    I received the same reply from the rep this morning after he spoke to support about your account.This happens to me all the time at a couple of different casinos. The deposit confirmation email shows up a day or two later. Those emails have a date on them though. That's why I was wondering if there was $40 in your acount and if it was taken from your bank balance that day. We probably could have put two and two together. The tourney issue that has not been answered is a Liberty Slots issue and it hasn't been answered because we don't have enough information from the player. Their rep is certainly anxious to get it resolved but the ball right now is in the player's court. I'm glad your mystery deposit issue is now solved and that they comped you a bit for your concerns.
