mona casino......slow pay/no pay

2 months ago i played the free 10$ chip this site gives to new sign ups. i won big time with this chip but could only cash 150$. i tried to withdraw and it got delayed so they said i could cancel it and play it and win up to 250$. that i did. now my withdrwal is 231$ and has been pending over a month now. walter k sent me an email this week saying that it would be sent monday after they had payment processor problems. i thought i'd research this site a little so i went to askgamblers.com and found out that several other players have had they same problem. between mona and rome casino (sister site) i found several complaints. if u deposit at these sites beware that they are SLOW PAY:shoes:

ok thx.... i also put a complaint at askgamblers.com. seems that group has alot of complaints there. especially mona casino

 it is still under review. should show up monday. the was another complaint there that showed up in last week. its almost identical to mine

I also have problem with this group of casino.I have pm Mben & she is still solving for me.I will post detail here if thing can not resolve.My advise is don't reverse your cashout again.The casino is trying to make you lose back everything so that they don't need to pay.The casino is voiding their own terms & conditons by delay or not paying in time.I also read the complaint at askgamblers.com.They did pay the player after the complaint but not in full by telling him due to moneybooker processing fee they remove euro 25 from the cashout.The player only receive euro 125.Moneybooker do not allow casino to charge processing fee in their terms & conditons but the player did not persuade this matter.I ready to complaint to FSA with all the corresponding email if problem is not resolve.When more player complaint to FSA. FSA will bring down their payment processor that what happen to Tilt Poker .Good luck!

Were there fees associated with the cashout? Was there a max cashout amount on the free chip? I am going to assume that you will ask their finance dept and I don't need to step in for part two of your cashout issue?And plus, Noah is on board. Maybe he can look into the shorted cash for you.

Hi Noah, Scroll to the top of this thread and you should see a button that says subscribe . You will get an email notification sent to the address you used to sign up at the forum with whenever there is a new reply. When you feel it's time, you can then turn off the subscription notice from your profile, left hand column. Click subscriptions and then choose to unsubscribe . Hope this helps!

Hi mlk,As I wrote to you just now, regarding the 150 - You won off a free chip, all free bonuses have a max withdrawal amount of 150 (according to our terms). The casino waved fees for the withdrawal so you got exactly 150.Kind Regards,Noah

Noah,What about my case? I withdraw 175 euro. You tell me my max withdrawal is 150 euro. I receive only 113 euro to moneybooker. Your finance remove 10 from 150 euro & charge me 27 euro for proccessing fee.
