My Bad Experience With Canbet Casino

This is my experience with Canbet Casino. I make a deposit $88 and claim their 100% match up bonus on 08/08/08. I lost them and use their 20% Cash Back Bonus that was $38.68. But they added in the previous bonus ($88X30 +$38.68X30) the new bonus to the turn over requirement rather than flush up and using the new bonus ($38.68x30). They did not state clearly in their Standard Terms and Conditions at their web site. I contact their support Jane and their I-Gaming Reps Dion at casinomeister and they think they are right? Take note the reply from the support:1) Any wining from free spins credit to the bonus balance and this bullied up a greater turn over requirement.2) If you do not have any cash balance any wining credit to bonus balance and this build up the bonus again.3) Bonus will be added from the previous bonus whether form LP point or match up bonus you claim previously. Forever you cannot cash out even you hit the Jackpot. Below is the reply from support:Dear Cheng,  Thank you for your correspondence with Canbet Support.  Kindly note any winnings from free spins, or any bonus offer will be credited to your bonus balance.   To have the bonus transferred to your cash balance you need to meet the normal casino wagering requirements.  You need to wager 30 times the bonus amount.  Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager up to 100%, towards the required play-through. The contributing percentages are as follows:  All Slots, Keno, Scratch Card and Parlor games 100% Video Poker, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack 10% All Roulette, Classic Blackjack, Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat, Table Poker, Casino War, Red dog 0%  Should you require any further assistance please feel free to contact us as we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.  Kind regards  Jade Dear Cheng,   Thank you for your correspondence with Canbet Support.   Please note as per your account records you have not cash balance. Therefore you bonus  balance is being used to make bets.  Any winnings will therefore be transferred to your bonus balance.  Should you be using the cash balance, the winnings will be deposited to your cash balance.   Should you require any further assistance please feel free to contact us as we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.   Kind regards   Jade Dear Cheng,   Thank you for your correspondence with Canbet Support.   We have thoroughly referenced your account, the bonus balance that reflects is correct.  We suggest after you have read this email that you check the application called PlayCheck (black and red Icon)  This will show all your transaction history for up to 20 days before.   Bonuses that were added:   -8<sup>th</sup> of August:  $88.00. -9<sup>th</sup> of August:  $3.00. -12<sup>th</sup> of August $38.68.   Now obvioulsy you have wagered at different times from when these were entered.  The total bonus balance from adding up the above is $129.68.   Since you have wagered, mostly on slots (total $1532.84) the wagering has reset the bonus balance by $50.00, leaving you with a bonus balance of $79.68.   The resetting of the bonus balance works in the following way:   -For every 300 wagered, $10.00 is removed from your bonus balance and placed into your cash balance.  Therefore 1532.84 divide by 300 is 5.  5x10 equals 50.  This explains the amount that was reset.<sub></sub>   Should you require any further assistance please feel free to contact us as we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.   Kind regards   Jade
