I normally would not post something like this, but becasue I know how popular NetSpend is among us, I wanted to give the heads up!Dear Michele,The NetSpend fraud department has learned of an attempt at unauthorized activity related to some of our cardholders. If you have received the following text message, DO NOT RESPOND : NETSPEND Alert: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 877-501-XXXX to REACTIVATE your CARD.   This message is not from NetSpend!  We have successfully had this telephone number shut down. If you have already responded to this SMS text message please call NetSpend by dialing the number on the back of your card. We will work with you to ensure your account is safeguarded.Sincerely,The NetSpend Team

Wow, how crazy is that? I don't have Netspend anymore, kept getting double charged at a couple casinos and it took a week to get my money back on the card. I stick with WP.

I get them from my two banks. I almost click on them until i figure out that it is phishing. Doesnt people have anything better to do than send these emails all day lol.
