After I claimed the bonus I got an email saying I could get $20 by locking and unlocking games. I am going to give it a try but I have not had luck with that method before, never could make it work.

here's my story..i downloaded the software..got the 20 right off...i had it up some and asked support if i had made playthrough yet which took forever and was told you have to it threw 95 times..so i up my bets and got it over 800...went back to support and asked again if i made playthrough and was told yes..i asked how much i could withdraw from this free chip and was told $50 so i went to withdraw with ewalletxpress but it didnt as for account number so asked support how to do it and was told( i will send your info to account services) so i am waiting to find out how it is possible to withdraw with my account number...will let you know what happends....

I wouldn't deposit there if they gave me more money to play with...I went back in today to see if the support had put my request in for my cashout and what do think happened...zip...no request and then no response from them at all...waited along time for support and finally gave up..i went and finished playing the money in the account(102) and won not bonus on any games... so if you win there don't hold your breath on getting a cashout because you will turn blue and suffocate...it was fun while it lasted..fun money there...

im sorry to hear that, yesterday i got a similar email to rebago about locking and unlocking games, it took 2+ hours to get live chat on, the fact that they have changed from 3 different casinos in a years time is a red flag on its own, i would never deposit there either but thanks for coming back and letting us know what happened.

I would avoid this one for sure ! Also got the email for unlocking the games and getting $20. Nowhere does it say anything about new accounts or new sign-ups. I already had a $20 signup automatically then support gave me another $20 because I had an invitation. Someone named Garry gave me a really hard time over the email and said he'd contact TopGame Software and have me banned from all Top Game Casinos for trying to blackmail them. The telephone number on their CASHIER pade is the number for RICH CASINO , contacted someone I know there , they have nothing to do with them and have never heard of them. Also took me 1 hour plus to get live chat and nobody answered another phone number for an hour and gave up , thats why I called the number in the cashier. Lot's of bad things with this place , I can say for sure they'll never get a nickel from me.

Blackmail??? are you serious? that is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. I too have dealt with garry on an occasion and hes not a very nice person at all...but to say hed have you banned for blackmail is a little on the psycho side. I wouldnt deposit there if they were the last casino online. I did play their free 20 but thats as far as I would go. I also noticed they had the same number as Rich Casino but I never called them.
