Online gambling in the USA may come sooner than we think!

The New York Post is reporting from sources close to the issue that Congress may see the matter of legalizing online gambling in front of them by the end of this year. The talk has been that they were not going to address it until the summer of 2012. There is even more talk that there is a chance a bill could pass by the end of the year. This news may have come from the feelings in Washington that this must be done. There have been many influential people in Congress that have either jumped on the bandwagon or have had a change of heart, including AZ State Representative Jon Kyle, who want to see online gambling legal in the US. Kyle may not have said that in so many words but he did say on his web site that, Efforts to carve out an exception for games like poker, which many believe is a game of skill, may be considered later this year. Online gambling must be regulated because it is not going away but how can it be regulated is the question? Hopefully we will see some more progress as to how it will be regulated in the states in the coming months so when it is presented to Congress, it will be an easy decision to legalize online gambling in the USA.
