This irritates me. Week after week, all I get is the match rewards that are mentioned in your email, Pam. I do get the 20 free spins on Tuesdays for depositing $100 a week (not every week or I would be broke lol) but I never get them for not depositing. Not that I want to know either of your business but need to ask ..... are you both depositors? How much on average weekly?

It's determined by their promotion team and it looks like whether you deposit or not, players get free spins somehow. If you deposit at least $100 a week you WILL get free spins. Getting free spins for not depositing is left to the promotions team and you're relying on getting picked by them. But there is a chance for free spins for non depositors. My problem is that I get free spins when I deposit at least $100 but players who don't deposit get rewarded (sporadically). So I lose out all together for depositing say $50 that week (no guaranteed free spins) and am not even in the running for free spins from the promo team (because I am a depositor and they have never awarded me the non-depositor free spins). That's my take on it.  -- Edited by Mben on Thursday 6th of December 2012 12:29:59 PM

 On this Mben, ranting is allowed by me. No problems there. I understand exactly what you are saying about being a decent depositor, and yet you get nothing. I was there about 2 months ago. I was so fed up I quit depositing all together because I NEVER received any kind of free spins for my deposits.Lo and behold, NOW, after I tell them that  I will deposit somewhere where I am more appreciated for my deposits, I get the free spins.  Being punished for being a depositor is exactly the way I felt as well as you.The free spins are nice, and I appreciated them, but as far as starting to deposit there again, for me, it is unlikely.  Again, I want to deposit at a casino that appreciates me for being a good depositor, and rewards me for my loyalty. I dont feel Platinum Reels does that. Just my opinion.Your not being ungrateful in my opinion because you expect to be able to claim free spins for your good deposits.                                                                                                                                                              Pam

i have never deposited here, i don't deposit at casino's that are listed at any forum as being non reputable. i look at it like this, when it comes to my own money i am going to deposit it at casinos that i know are going to pay when i hit

We list casinos in our Pit because they are non reputable because they don't pay etc. But we also list casinos in the Pit that we are just not affiliated with for different reasons. From what I remember, we pitted Platinum Reels because they did something dirty when they opened up. Something like they were a different casino that shut down to the US and used their old player base to bring them into to the new casino without anymore affiliate involvement.... the players that affiliates got for them when they were the other casino. That is playing dirty towards affiliates and Belgamo didn't take to it kindly and pitted them. I think this casino does pay. I haven't had the chance to cash out (yes I have actually and didn't) to verify they pay, but I believe they do and continue to sink my money there.

Good question.There are other casino groups that have done this with affiliates and we do endorse them because they do pay their players and brought affiliates back on board. It took a bit of time to trust them again but they have been playing nice with affiliates and players so they are out of the pit on our forum.
