    I had a little problem recently with Online Vegas casino where I was trying to cashout 1000$ from an introductory 20$ free chip. I was getting worried because I tried to send my verification documents at least 8 times and every time I would call to confirm that they had received them they said that they hadn't and I thought they were giving me the run around like so many rogues do. I ended up contacting Belgamo and he was nice enough to put what he was doing aside long enough to get this worked out for me. He put me through to one of his contacts from Online Vegas and I finally got the documents through to them and received my withdrawal via wire transfer within 3 days of requesting it. I was so happy and I think that's pretty good for a free chip. Basically, i think they are a reputable casino it's just if you want to get ahold of them you probably have to call them directly and don't bother with email or live chat because you'll be waiting for awhile. I have a depit card account linked to a checking account and it didnt go through. There is no other option for me to use to withdraw and collect my money.     Enduring the ordeal of waiting for the one day a week 2-4-1/Amigo Bingo processes cashouts. Won the $500 Winner Take All slots contest 1st place and made 2nd last week in the Parlay slots tournament for $150 (i think...lol). They award the money on Wednesday, and of course w/d are processed on Tuesdays. And you can't just reverse your w/d and take a little money out and stick your request back in...they make you wait a whole nuther week to request again. So, can't play but hopefully am going to get paid for real in the next two weeks sometime. It was remarkably easy to win the tourneys. They count wins, not money won, so a 20cent win = a 20 dollar win. Just keep spinning!

    Ok here is my attempt at giving the information I know personally for U.S. players trying to cashout from Loco Panda, and now it seems Onbling casino.They verified my faxback almost overnight, that's good!Now, first cashout at Loco Panda took about 3 weeks to get a check in my hand.The second, I guess there was a snafu in the Wire Transfer from the bank. Tookalmost a month to show in my bank account, that's bad.Now as of 08-10-2012 I have a withdrawal waiting approval from Onbling. The email states 5-10 business days to approve, then 5-10 business days before receiving the money. I'm sure that being a U.S. player is the reason for these long waits.Boy do I miss the good old days of Playtech paying me within 48 hours period!! Moral of the story: keep writing your congress persons, hound them into reversing these idiotic laws preventing safe, regulated, online gambling!!

There response was, I alledgely played other casino games to reach my playthrough and the bonus was only for Achallis game.Now as I understood it, once you made the playthrough requirements you were free to play other games. And why would the bonus amount flip from 1123 to 147 if the playthrough amount wasent met and why would all the other games become unlocked?Its not like I had controll over any of that stuff.

    We don't endorse this casino, spinme3, but what I am going to say pretty much applies to all online casinos. Even though you made playthrough and the games became unlocked, you were still playing with money won from the bonus. You needed to cash it out then without going to other games or at least continued to play on the allowed game. Here's a reply from lucky8s in this thread below that deals with reversing a withdrawal that was won from a free bonus. It's not your situation but it is kind of related as far as being denied a cashout due to not following terms and conditions http://www.nodepositforum.com/t50783863/winning-dispute-at-slotastic/ Players believe that once you have won and made the playthru and requested the withdrawal that if you reverse it and continue to play that you are not playing on the same bonus you started to play on. The clock does not start over and that is ALL your money you withdrew on. NOT true it is the same money and the same rules apply with the max bonus rule EVEN if you reverse the w/d and continue to play. And my reply ......... Players MUST let their cashout go through completely so it's a done deal. Anyone who messes with any part of their pending cashout by reversing some is asking for trouble when it comes to cashing anything out on that reversed money. I'm sorry they won't pay you.     Win Palace Cash-outs

    I started playing with WP in November.  In december, I made a 1000 deposit with a big bonus and turned it in to about 6000.  I made a cashout request for 3000 and they only sent me 800.  It took about a week.  I sent an e-mail asking why they only gave me 800.  They very vague and said terms and conditions.  I requested another cashout for 2200 (can only cashout 3,000 per week) and they sent only another 800.  I have run my winnings with them up to over 11,000.  It only took two days from approval of the cashout to get the wire transfer.  I would like to get a full 3,000 per week.  Any one have any idea how they determine your player class and why they are stingy in their cashouts?  Are they solvent?  Any way to nudge them to payout quicker.  Obviously, I am not going to deposit anymore until they give me all of my winnings.  Thanks.

    Thank you. I did. I don't want to come off as bitching since they pay the 800 per week promptly and their customer service is professional. To update, they approved me promptly for another wire transfer, but only for another 800. I just would like to get paid 3000 per week or at least have them explain the player class. I did post a new forum as you suggested.

    Mixed reviews with regards to Club World Casinos.

    I have been playing at 4 club world casinos.  I had a big hit at High Noon and cashed out a 2000 courier check. 12 days ago.  I am still waiting for them to get me my tracking number.  I have had pay my cards come and do during this time.  Very frustrating.  Last week, the cashier, Natasha, let me do an ACH (my bank has no swift code so I can't do wire transfers) but they only did it for 1500 instead of 2000 and I had to pay a $40 fee.  Still waiting for that money to hit my bank.  Anyone else have a similar problem?

    Hello, I requested payout from 99slots on the 4th of this month. I received confirmation of request stating that e-mail would be sent when transaction began. I sent e-mail last night requesting status. I requested payout via bank wire transfer and printed the payout request form assuming that it may be requested. Where do I go from here?      This casino and their group are very well known for stalling, coming up with excuse after excuse and even stiffing legit winners. They are one of the lowest of the low.I hate to be the one to give you the news but get ready for the worst nightmare of your life trying to get paid.I am not saying that they wont pay you but if they don't pay it will not be a big suprise at all.Good luck!!
