Problem with Withdrawal at Raging Bull Casino

    is anyone else having an issue with raging bull casino?? I made a withdrawal request on 2/20/2016 for $1956 & I've contacted customer support several times & was told to be patient every time! Not only did it take forever to get through to an agent but the 1-800 number doesn't work! I have been more then patient & contacted Kingsley lyric on March 12th who was very nice & apologetic & said that he would put a note in to Expedite my withdrawal request processed & done but here it is 3/21/2017 & still nothing has been done with my request! This used to be my favorite casino & recently it seems it has gone down hill!! Can anyone help with this please???

    Hi Wendybell, the Raging Bull group has been sold from what I have heard. I've been waiting for a new contact rep, but so far I have heard nothing back.

    I think it's time to start giving warnings about them. I was hoping their recent slow pay issues would have been taken care of by now, but obviously not.

    Oh I didn't know that they sold :( that must be why their customer support has gone way down hill!! Well that stinks, I won be playing there anymore!

    Yes, so many complaints across a lot of forums. I think they were sold to virtual group...not sure but a very slow paying group. Good luck getting paid.

    Raging Bull is NOT a casino to play at anymore. Rogue as heck. I sure hope you get paid. Some have been paid after months:( Good casino group gone BAD!

    I agree 100% they are definitely a rogue casino now!!!! 3 months later they still haven't paid out. They keep saying my account hasn't been verified but it has, I've sent all my documents over 6 times & still they say all they can do is put a note on my account to expedite my documents for verification & to process my withdrawal. The live chat is a complete joke, you have to wait at least 30mins to get an agent then they are soooo rude. I will never play there again!!

    It is always a shame when a good casino goes bad. Especially for US players as our choices are so limited in the first place. SMH.

    I keep getting emails from "Raging Bull" with free money offers for CoolCat casino. So sadly it looks like they belong to that group now. Here is hoping my latest cashout comes. I won't be playing there anymore though after I get this money.

    Oh I'm getting the full on paperwork run around with this lol. It has happened in years past at other shady spots. I submitted everything they needed, verified it was received by the VIP hosts, and I still got the denial for missing paperwork. I'm just working through the VIP hosts. Because any other way will never get anything accomplished with them. I'm sure they will also reset my timeline to get my money from the day they screwed me and denied it (10 business days in at that point). So yes won't ever play here again, I'm just not going to burn the place down till I get my cash lol.

    Yep same thing going on with me, I've emailed my documents 6 times since April 21st & every single time I talk to an agent ( once a week) they all say the same thing , "I will put a request in to expedite your verification." When I ask to talk to a super they all give the same answer, " I'm sorry there are no supervisors available sat this time." Then they ignore my question of when are they available & will keep asking me, " Is there anything else I can do for you?" UGH so frustrating!!! We have to keep spreading the word about how awful this casino has become!!

    So you all know, I have no contact for the group anymore. Thought I was close to finding the rep through other reps, but they never got back to me.

    Another denial today even after getting the VIP hosts a 3rd copy of all my documentation. Fortunately today I was able to talk to my actual assigned VIP host who I directly emailed everything to again. He personally spoke to banking and is having his director get this finalized today, or Monday at the latest.

    At least that's what they told me lol. To be continued...

    I finally had the thing approved yesterday. But even with that I had to use my VIP host to basically circumvent their existing processes and escalate. So now he says I should have the money soon. Likely next week via bank wire. I'll update you all when it comes.

    Makes you wonder what in the world is going on at that casino. Deny, Deny, Deny! That's terrible.

    After waiting the max amount of days for everything they stated...still no money in my account today. The VIP rep told me that his customers that were approved the day before me hadn't received theirs either. Said wait two more business days and gave me $150 free money as an apology. So still waiting for my money...

    Not good. For me, the courtesy chip means very little. If you win, you have to go thru the process of cash out all over again. Yikes.

    Business day 12 since it was sent to the processor and still nothing. Yelled at them again yesterday. They said "in rare occasions it will take 15 business days". :mad: So if it's not in there by thursday they will have to re issue it to me. Fun stuff.

    Glad you have the wherewithal to stand your ground and wait to get paid:) I would of say p!ss on it and played and DELETED the casino:)

    I hear you! They get you so frustrated that you do just say "p!ss on it"! I was literally crying over a cashout at a rogue casino years ago. It was a $7200 withdrawal. I got half of it in increments, crying all the while trying to get what I could, and then pissed away the other half, uninstalled the casino and never looked back.

    In my defense I had just started online gambling and didn't know what a "rogue" casino was. That experience is what got me involved with No Deposit Forum and Belgamo and I have been here ever since.

    I think we all have had the experience with rogue casino's and it sucks; but at least a lesson learned!

    Oh yes KK, I remember my experience with Cool Cat Casino...I called them CRUEL CAT Casino. Now this was way back in the day, I have no idea how they are now. Just remembering back.

    Anyone remember Casino Titan? CASINO TIGHT

    Still no money today on business day 15. Time to yell again. And yeah this isn't my first rodeo sadly. Club Player and one other have done this to me in years past. I thought I had rid myself of all the problem spots...then raging bull goes rogue lol. I'll get my money unless they go belly up. It will just be a bastard of a process it seems.
