THIS CASINO IS VERY RUDE,AS YOU CAN SEE THEY WERE TRYING TO SAY THAT OTHER PEOPLE CONTACT THEM ALOT FOR BONUS,I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT OR WHO THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THESE CASINOS IS THERE LIVE SUPPORT SUCKS,AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
 
I dont see where they were rude,i thought there were very polite, if someone was nagging me for something 10 times a day i wouldnt be able to be as cool as they were,

maybe its just me, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what the problem was here.  in fact, Michelle went out of her way to accomodate your request and yet you never even thanked her this.  i'm actually surprised that they were as nice as they were.

i have to agree with the last 2 posts. i have deposited at 3 of these casinos and not only have i gotten bonuses, comps and free tournament entries from every casino , when i have had to deal personally with them by phone or live chat, they are great. and best thing of all (which sells me) is that come time for a withdrawl , they just send you a chack via fedex. now i dont know how many of you have had to deal with this damn ewallett and ect. companies for withdrawls but those all take a substantial portion of your money just to send it to you. you'll hear no complaints from me about these casinos. it does sound like you are a little out of line. just my opinion.

i agree with you as far as vegas tech. They dont honor there promos and like you i will not pay there again. I have made over 800 dollars in deposits and one time they gave me 2 cents for my comps. The most i have gotten in comps was 5 dollars for 400 dollars of play. They simple dont care for their customers. I believe when more people see this they will lose alot of customers to rival gaming those guys are great at vegas regal and that is who will get my money.

Tried unsuccesfully to claim my free christmas codes for everyone free today only codes at casino's rejected by CRAZYSLOTS and ONLINE VEGAS they stated free for depositing members ONLY!!!!!!!
