I consider this matter RESOLVED.
I like "resolved". "Resolved" is good.
Jason - I was in shock that this had happened to many other players because I was made to think it was a freak accident to just my account. So please understand that when I find this thread two months after the fact why I was a bit alarmed.
It was sketchy behavior on RBC's end, no question.
PRESENT - A player cashes out $200 and we then send a wire for $175 ($200 - $45 + $20), the player will then get the FULL $155 in their account instead of $135 due to us covering the intermediary fee of $20 as mentioned above.
What are players supposed to thankful to not have to pay $65 to withdraw? No casino charges that much to withdraw, nor do any respectable banks. RBC needs to find better companies to out-source stuff too, as clearly you are getting totally ripped off here.
@Sookie Agreed but it does draw question marks as to how this happened and RBC did not explain anything but tried to blame my bank and act innocent in the matter. That is a fact.
Sorry that is how it seemed to you. Poor communication rather than any trickery if you want my opinion.
Raging Bull is one of the most legit casinos online and that's the only fact I know.
